Best Airbnb accomodation we had experienced throughout the duration of our 4-week stay in Italy at a reasonable price. The place was super clean, tidy and had all the essentials required for a comfortable stay. The decor is well thought out and cosy. The apartment is well located and walkable to the station. I’d highly recommend staying at the apartment!

Very pleasant welcome with surprises on arrival such as cold drinks, cakes, coffee, tea. Very clean apartment and easily accessible because it is located 50 metres from the train station, 5 minutes from the pedestrian street and 20 minutes from the port. Perfect location to visit the five lands. The apartment matches the photos. Feel free to book.

We had a great stay at Marina’s place. The apartment is new, clean, and very well furnished with everything you might need — from kitchen supplies to bathroom essentials. It’s clear a lot of thought went into making guests feel comfortable. Marina was an excellent host: very responsive, proactive, and quick to resolve any issues that came up during our stay. The location is perfect if you’re planning to visit the Cinque Terre towns — it’s just a 10-minute walk to the train station, making day trips super convenient. That said, if you’re looking to explore central La Spezia on foot, it’s about a 20-minute walk, so keep that in mind. Overall, a great base for exploring the region with a very attentive host. Would definitely recommend!
