Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Province of La Spezia

The week at Severino and Enrica was very relaxing for us. The house is remote and surrounded by forest. You have to experience the atmosphere, it's simply unique. We were just happy to spend time in the house and outside in the huge garden. It is made with so much love and built by Severino himself, and you can tell. However, you absolutely need a car. Otherwise, don't hesitate to book it. It's worth it. Severino and Enrica are kind-hearted people and we are very grateful to have met them. The two of them have won us over And authenticity enchants. We had a great time at Caterina’s place. 6 of us stayed there and was great to all have our own bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The house and gardens had plenty of space to mingle together or to spread out and do our own thing. The location was so peaceful and the views incredible. Not great if you struggle with walking uphill and there are lots of steps to and from the train station and village. Although there is a shuttle bus. Was great to visit all the Cinque Terre towns but not to stay in the hustle and bustle. Great stay and can’t thank Caterina enough, it is a beautiful place to stay!

Giacomo's house gave us a weekend of peace and tranquility. Surrounded by greenery, about 10 minutes by car from Moneglia, it is perfect for a couple who wants to enjoy a moment of peace. Impeccable cleanliness and proactive host in communications.

Manuela is beautiful. She gave the most lovely welcome and send off. She really is a lovely person. Her bnb is very well stocked and unique with so much character. The tiny village is lovely, quite with friendly people. We loved sitting on the balcony having dinner and breakfast. Thank you Manuela for the extras you have given us. x

Fabrizia is an amazing host. You feel comfortable in the house, and have a beautiful view from the bedrooms! The garden is fantastic, especially to cook comfortably and enjoy the evenings. Thanks a lot!

Our stay at Rita's was perfect. His apartment, his environment are perfect for a departure from Levanto to visit the Cinque Terre. Rita is very nice and always available if necessary with a little attention on our arrival and good advice. Very nice house arranged with taste and faithful to the photos and description. Rita has a magnificent collection of Bonsai trees. We thank Rita for this pleasant stay and I highly recommend this address if you want to visit the Cinque Terre.

We couldn’t be happier for the staying at Simone’s house. If you want a private spot surrounded by nature, that’s your best choice! He is also very friendly always available for anything you need. We loved Levanto village, Monterosso, St. Margherita, Porto Venere 🪬💙 Xx

We loved Luca’s place. It’s a spacious apartment with an amazing view on the sea. And we loved Corniglia, it’s the most quiet place in Cinque Terre and is perfectly located to go hiking around. It also has what we thought was the best rocky spot for bathing and swimming (and it’s just a few steps from the apartment!). Luca is a nice host and has given us great recommendations (the bar/restaurant on the way to the sea is a must!). We are still dreaming about our week there…will definitely come back!

Very clean, spacious, functional accommodation with a magnificent view. The pool is superb in hot weather and avoids the crowds of the beaches. The outdoor areas allow you to enjoy the evenings and the view. We will be happy to return.

This Airbnb is beautifully located in the Tuscan mountains, with an incredible view from the beautiful garden. The apartment was perfectly clean and very spacious, and furnished in a classic Italian style. The kitchen had all amenities needed, and even some supplies for our first breakfast! Lucia was very kind and super flexible with our late arrival, gave great tips for the area - all in all, the perfect hostess. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back!

You open the gate to the property and think you've landed in paradise. We spent a fantastic two weeks in this dream house. The view of the bay and the village are amazing. The pool is huge and everything was well maintained. Valentina & Jacopo are very warm hosts with great tips who take great care of their guests. They came by often and cleaned the pool, mowed the lawn, etc. The house is super nicely decorated and you feel very comfortable there. The only thing I would have found great would be fly screens, so you can open the windows at night without being bitten, but that's really all. So, complaining at a very high level ;). The village of Monte Marcello is super nice and idyllically located, with a great view. From there we made excursions to Pisa, Florence, Lerici, La Spezia, the Cinque Terre, etc. To sum it up: It was a dream!!!

We had a great time in Stefano's apartment. The real plus of this apartment is the magnificent view of the sea and the town of Moneglia.

We were very lucky to be able to spend a few days in this lovingly and tastefully furnished accommodation – and it was just perfect all around! As soon as you enter the house, you can feel how much love has been put into every detail. The rooms are not only stylish, but also very cosily furnished, so that you feel welcome and comfortable from the first moment. A special highlight was the beautiful, well-kept garden – a true oasis of tranquility and not to forget the beautiful pool that invited you to relax. Between blooming flowers, old olive trees and lovingly designed seating areas, we were able to relax wonderfully and enjoy nature. You can immediately see how much love and devotion goes into the care of this little paradise. Last but not least, we would like to emphasise the extraordinary friendliness and cordiality of the landlords. They welcomed us from the first moment with great hospitality, were always helpful

I believe this is the best Airbnb I've ever done in my life! So nice to enter this clean , tidy place with a sumptuous view of nature from the balcony! The wonderful touches in the space! Excellent bedding! Amazing shower, perfect hot water with stone decor! I would recommend this place to all to visit the 5 lands! 20 minutes from the spezia:-) Monica and Luca exceptional kind smiling hosts!! See you soon, I hope!! Franca is an exceptional hostess. Very smiling and welcoming. The house was spotless. All the amenities mentioned were there. The place is well located for visiting Cinque Terre, La Spezia and Lerici. We recommend it more than 100%.

Delightful, well equipped, comfortable and really quiet. It’s a real getaway but not too far from some lovely beaches and villages; a car is a must. Do note that there is no aircon, but the fan supplied was adequate for us. Our host, Elizabetta was extremely helpful.

The stay with Alessandro and Diego was very nice. Everything was clean, the kitchen well equipped (also with salt, pepper, oil, etc.), in the bathroom there was shampoo and shower gel, generally plenty of space,…. Regarding the location: you can't reach much on foot, but that doesn't bother us, as we always travel by car. Supermarket is about 5 minutes away by car, the nearest beach about 15-20 minutes, … It should be mentioned that of 11 nights, 2-3 evenings (maybe 8-11 pm) military exercises were carried out on the nearby military site, which was already very loud (helicopter). Otherwise, there was nothing to complain about. All around you can see numerous hills, in the garden you can enjoy the sunset and cook / grill really well with the great grill and oven outside. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful old house. The property has much character, original details, and a peaceful, timeless atmosphere. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. What really made it special was the view — absolutely breathtaking. Whether we were enjoying coffee on the terrace or winding down in the evening, the scenery was a highlight. The host was responsive and friendly, and check-in was smooth and easy. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a quiet retreat with charm and great views. Would definitely come back!

This Villa was by far the best Airbnb we stayed in as part of our family vacation to Italy. We are a group of 9, including 1 baby and 2 small children, and the Villa was perfect for our stay. The grandchildren enjoyed swimming in the pool and the patio was perfect for our Chef prepared dinner. Thomas and Enrico were amazing hosts and super responsive to any questions. The Villa is walkable to the Towne Center, train station, and grocery store. We HIGHLY recommend the Villa and hope to be able to return someday.

Dilletta was a very polite and responsive host. As a family of 4 adults and 2 children, We felt the home was very accommodating. The 2 children each had a nice size bedroom. The views were beautiful and the outdoor patio was very relaxing. Because we had been traveling we were able to wash a few clothes and hang them to dry outside on a spacious clothes line. I only have 2 constructive suggestions, providing a portable fan in each bedroom would help w/ the doors being open and keeping flying insects out. The second suggestion is to weed the front garden area. The trees and flowers were beautiful and some weeds were starting to take over. All and all we would recommend staying here again. We had a great time in Giampis house. Beautiful garden with a nice swimming pool, and we especially liked the kitchen outside in the upper house, which we could use also when it was raining. Great surroundings, great view, walking distance to shops and good restaurants in the small, peaceful town La Gracie and 15 min walks to the more touristic, but beautiful Portovenere. A great base for tours in Cinque Terre, with ferry from Portovenere or bus into La Spezia and train from there. We came without car, no problem at all to get around. Giampaolo is very friendly and helpful and gave us good advices where to eat and to do our shopping, and how to get around. We will absolutely recommend Giampaolos place, either for a relaxing or for a sportive vacation, or even better, both!
