Our stay was perfect, nice house,cozy ,clean. Patrizia is very nice and approachable. There are bicycles that allow you to walk in the beautiful territory of diano marina. The outdoor area also allows you to have lunch and dinner in privacy and enjoy the surrounding greenery. The quiet and quiet of the place allowed us to relax as we wanted. So very happy.........

Piero welcomed us in person and was very kind. The house is extremely clean and in a quiet area. This is an attic that has everything you need. There is a small garden available for guests, which makes it ideal for those traveling with their pet, the area also offers the opportunity to take beautiful walks. Thanks Piero!

One of the best places I’ve ever stayed in. The view from the balcony is absolutely beautiful; I could relax there all day. We spent a few weeks here as digital nomads, and the house is perfect for that purpose. We had everything we needed for a long-term stay. We stayed in 4 for 2 nights in Laura's house and immediately felt at home, Laura welcomed us with kindness by giving us all the instructions to visit the area. The house is simply perfect, clean, tidy, spacious and equipped , in a fantastic location directly on the sea and strategic to visit the many surrounding towns. Laura was truly a super host, she also helped us solve a small unexpected after departure, we felt welcomed and we hope to return to Laura's place soon.

Elisa is a very nice host. check in / check out went smoothly. the apartment is in a great location and only a few minutes from the sea. The apartment is very comfortable and we would always book the apartment again. The only thing we were missing was air conditioning.

We were Anna's guests on the bridge on April 25, 2025. Anna and her husband Luca are two nice, kind and helpful hosts. The accommodation was clean, tidy and welcoming,the only note that someone could be negative is the climb,not long but challenging (alternatively there are stairs)that you have to walk to get to the apartment. San Lorenzo al mare is very nice. We went to do the flower bike path and we were fascinated.... to come back for sure.

Flavio's apartment is extremely well located in Sanremo, the garage with is a real plus. The apartment was very very clean, very well equipped. And Flavio is quite communicative and a good guide for a stay in Sanremo. I really recommend it

It was a nice two weeks in Cervo. Veronica was very friendly and accommodating, always available! The beach and the village are within walking distance.

Fabrizio is the host you always want to meet. Her home is comfortable, clean, and central. To say that we had a fantastic time is reductive. We were pretty much in our house. Returning to Fabrizio, a good, aggarbata and polite person. It was a real pleasure to meet him and we will definitely return to this house when we take more steps in Sanremo!

We had a great stay at Elena's apartment. The place is in a quiet and calm neighborhood, 10 minutes walking distance from the city center. I was traveling with my two children, who had a great time in their own room with a bunk bed. The apartment is large, practical and has two balconies plus great kitchen and bathroom. All the necessary equipment is there. Perfect starting point for beach holidays and sightseeing along the coast. Elena is a very nice and welcoming host, who responded quickly to any questions. We would love to stay here again!

We stayed in Simone's beautiful and clean house. Good location 15 minutes from the city center with a quiet walk. The house is equipped with all amenities and immersed in the greenery of the condominium garden. Quiet and relaxing.
