Condo holiday rentals in Province of Imperia

As avid sailors regatta we've visited Imperia many times before for about ten years, and this is the very best apartmentwe ever rented. We spent Christmas 2024 in Nonno Vaporetto and totally liked it. Super easy communication with Gianna and there is really *NOTHING* to worry about the access to the bathroom over the balcony since the bathroom is easily warmed up. More generally, there is nothing to worry about viisiting Nonno Vaporetto in winter. It is well equipped with radiators all around (much in contrast to the apartment in Imperia we rented ealry December and where we froze our feet off). We'll be back :-).

I stayed at Elisa's place with my elderly parents, perfect for us accustomed to large indoor spaces and the garden. It was like being at home. Elisa was an impeccable host: helpful, kind, always available and ready to help. I've given my best to all the amenities.

Giulia is a very responsive and kind host. She was flexible for the check out by allowing me to stay beyond the regular time. The studio is located high up in the historic centre, very charming, a short 15/20 minute walk from the train station, otherwise you have to plan a taxi if you arrive with a large suitcase.

Antonello is a great host, incredibly friendly and reliable. The apartment is beautiful in a beautiful village with an unbeatable view! The accommodation is well maintained and we immediately felt very comfortable. We would love to come back and can only recommend this accommodation from the heart!

AnnaMaria and her family were a wonderful host. We were delighted to meet them and to have discovered that their family also pridely make one of, or the bes Pigato wine of the region. The entire family was just wonderful, friendly, and accommodating to our needs. Specially travelling with 2 medium size dogs. It was such a treat to get to meet most of the family. The home is just beautiful!!! the landscape was just perfect and what we needed for our vacation. Will definately come back to their home and I have already recommended their home to other friends. Impeccable accommodation, very clean. The area is beautiful, about 10 minutes' walk from the beach, we loved our stay. Erick responds quickly, very good host!

We felt right at home in Nicola's slice of heaven! The space was efficient, well appointed, and the views from inside and from the terrace were nothing short of amazing. If you are looking for remote, quiet, and private this is your place. The town is a short walk away with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops to choose from. Bring your binoculars to watch the fishermen and other sea activities.

Carlo's apartment is fantastically beautifully located near Imperia and many super tasty restaurants. With a view of the sea. Excellent value for money. A living/living space in addition. We loved everything and had a great stay. If you like absolute sleep, Friday and Saturday night is a test in the middle of summer, as there is a beach bar that has activity late into the night. But it didn't bother us that much. Wake up a few times, but immediately back to sleep. Scary view of the sea. Everything nearby: bakery at 10 meters, supermarket at 100 meters. Road bike blissfully along the coast. Cipressa, Poggio, San Remo. Had a wonderful vacation.

Great stay! Super convenient

At Ivana and Riccardo's house, we felt at home. The super functional apartment with everything you need at your disposal, allows you to relax, without the stress of the city and traffic. We spent three evenings in Docedo where we participated in the town's initiatives and it was very interesting. During the day, it is very easy to get to the nearest beaches, where the sea is beautiful.

Very good location for hiking or cycling. In the evening, the location is not optimal for strolling, drinking cocktails or anything like that. You always have to drive down to the promenade by car. Parking is about 50 meters from the house. The kitchen could use more sockets. All necessary appliances are available (toaster, coffee machine, kettle, etc.), unfortunately not usable together as there are too few sockets in the kitchen. Perhaps extension cords with multiple sockets would be useful. In the evening, it is nice and quiet in the village and a pleasant fresh wind blows. In the village itself, there are 2 exclusive restaurants (no pizzeria) with very good food. Reservation required! In addition, there is a take away, which you have to pre-order the food. Lots of cats and dogs. A typical Mediterranean mountain village. Along the coast to the west, beautiful villages. Monaco and Nice are also not far away. Sanremo is a very nice place to shop.

🎉🎉🎉Perfect!!! Wonderful stay in a quality environment with a very welcoming, smiling and willing to help us have a good time in Italy. The apartment was definitely worth the trip. What a sea view! We loved staying in this apartment with our 3 children in such a peaceful area and so close to many activities. Must do: the visit to the old town of Ventimiglia, the bike ride to Sanremo, Imperia or see the collection of the magnificent collection of cars from the princes of Monaco….We 'll come back to San Stefano!!! We had some great relaxing days. The price is a bit high, but quite right. The only downside was the very hard beds. With a dog, the property is a win, as there are no meadows. A dog spot about 1.5 km away but very small and for large dogs. We highly recommend it. Nespresso with capsules, a lot of good dishes, everything is available in the kitchen. Cosmetic items( soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, etc.) are available. With the translation app, the communication via Wh….app with Avenola was very great. Reply always and immediately, thank you so much for your super care, Grazie Car was safe on the enclosed property. Neighbors were very nice. We can only recommend everyone to take a vacation there. The balcony is amazing.

We spend 5 weeks in the apartment for workation and early spring. Was a wonderful stay and can highly recommend. This really feels like a second home. There are great Osterias in Docledo and a lot to explore in Imperia. The region is super nice for biking! Only current downside is the internet, which is connected via Sim-Card. But there will be a fiberglass connection soon - so we will be happy to come back!!

beautiful apartment, immersed in silence and tranquility. Too bad for the hot tub that didn't work, it would have been great to take a relaxing bath. The only thing to review is the cleanliness of the pans and stove. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

Great location and wonderful Host. The accommodation is exactly as you would like it to be; clean and modern. Silvia and her mother turned out to be exquisite and attentive to the needs expressed. I would say that, for those looking for a relaxing holiday, away from the chaos, but a 10-minute drive from the centre of Alassio, this is the optimal solution. The pool is not huge, but it has the right proportions, both for adults and, possibly, for children. The kitchen is fully equipped and all the dishes are of excellent quality, as well as the furnishings. In short, an excellent solution for those seeking true tranquility. Congratulations to the Host for how they take care of the location and the customers.

Beautiful and clean apartment, equipped with everything you need and an enchanting view, immersed in an oasis of peace just a few minutes' drive from the sea. But nothing compared to the hospitality of Manuela and Alessandro, who made our stay really special. Highly recommended

Excellent location! Really a delightful place and with excellent services! Very clean apartment, with sea view and terrace with barbecue. It's a real paradise for children, they've really thought of everything to make them happy. Our four-legged friend Lemmy also enjoyed the garden. Really exceptional experience, we will definitely be back!

The apartment was beautiful, very clean and also the garden including pool was fantastic, but you share it with the other residents. For 4 people, the apartment is sufficiently large. It's modern and very stylish. At night, there was construction work on the street, but the windows were very well insulated. Rita was incredibly generous (breakfast for the first few days was available and there was a bottle of Prosecco on top). You can walk into the city, which was a bit too far for us, as we had a pregnant woman with us. Therefore, we always drove to the old town by car and were able to park there quite cheaply in the parking garage. There are many, very tasty restaurants in Sanremo with reasonable prices. Overall, the apartment is highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay in Sanremo, the flat was very clean and welcoming, better than we expected. There is everything you can need during your stay. We enjoyed staying here and we would definitely recommend it to others. It is a close walk to the center of Sanremo or with the bikes Filippo offers. The pool was not yet open at this time of the year, but this was not an issue for us, we knew it upfront. We would definitely choose Filippos flat once again if we come back to Sanremo. Lovely beachfront home, with private beach access. Beautiful garden with a small playground, ideal for children. The sea view is fantastic. We were really completely satisfied with the place.
