We stayed at this apartment for the second time and, as always, everything went perfectly well. The hosts are welcoming and attentive, making our stay very pleasant. The apartment, ideally located in the city center of San Remo, perfectly matches our expectations: clean, well-equipped and comfortable. We'll be happy to go back!

This is a great small apartment for two people. Nice view of of both the sea and a hillside full of date palms. Clean, modern and full of lots of sunshine. Helen is a very helpful hostess. Nearby is a quiet pebbly beach and a friendly coffee shop. Bordighera is a wonderful place for a week beside the sea. It is also a great base for daytrips to places like San Remo and Dolceaqua (try the Rossere wines there!). Downtown Bordighera is a pleasant walk away from the apartment and has a good selection of beachside bars, a Carefour supermarket and upscale shops.

Beautiful studio with sea view terrace, a short drive to San Lorenzo al mar and 2 steps from the seaside bike path. The interior is very well-equipped. We didn't miss a thing. Francesco who was our contact throughout our stay was very responsive and super kind, recommending us a great hike on the heights of Civezza. We 100% recommend this rental!

We felt completely comfortable at the place – it was by far the best Airbnb experience we've had so far. The apartment is modern, stylish and furnished with a lot of love for detail. Everything was really thought of: sufficient towels, useful information about the area and many small extras that made the stay particularly pleasant. Sabrina was a great host – she recommended us a fantastic pizzeria nearby that we really enjoyed. Just around the corner is also a Carrefour that is open 24/7 – super convenient! The location is also great: the well-known beautiful bike path starts right nearby, and a parking space right outside the front door was also easily available. If we travel to Imperia again, we would love to stay here again anytime! A real 5 ⭐️ apartment

The apartment is within very easy walking distance of the centre of Sanremo (up a steep slope just before the apartment). Grazia and her husband are very welcoming, even coming down the steps to meet me as I arrived. The apartment has all the amenities one could need, with a nice layout and plenty of space, even if four people were staying. The walls are a little thin, so there can be noise from families in neighbouring apartments (and it is a good reminder not to make too much noise also), but it didn't disturb me during hours of sleep. For the very affordable price, Grazia's place is fantastic value.

Bartolomeo's place was our place for 2 weeks, but even more than we felt at home. Elevator, parking, restaurants around the corner, convenient supermarket within easy reach. In front of the house the Mediterranean. Very nice neighborhood in the house. The location is wonderful. Menton Nice monte carlo, Eze in one direction and sanremo imperia in the other. Bartolomeo's apartment is very clean and comfortable. Bartolomeo always responded very quickly and kindly to questions,and discreetly asked every few days if we needed anything else. Checking in with the lockbox was easy. Vallecrosia also has many other beautiful things to offer in its location. Long talked short sense,Bartolomeo's apartment is highly recommended. I stayed at Elisa's place with my elderly parents, perfect for us accustomed to large indoor spaces and the garden. It was like being at home. Elisa was an impeccable host: helpful, kind, always available and ready to help. I've given my best to all the amenities.

We only stayed one night in Elena's house and had a very good time. She was kind and caring, we appreciated the focaccia and the lemons she offered us and the attention she put into every detail in the house that served to have a more comfortable experience during our stay, there was really everything you need and the house was super clean. Raffi's place is exactly as in the photo, very well cared for and very comfortable The location is great and downtown is just a few minutes' walk away Top the garage for the car, which is really good Raffi was super helpful throughout the stay and also prepared a super kennel for my little dog Highly recommended!! :)

Marcello's place is very well located in the idyllic old town of Imperia with beautiful restaurants and shops for everyday needs. The apartment is a beautiful oasis ideal for families and friends. We enjoyed the view from the roof terrace. Marcello was very helpful during our trip, which we greatly appreciated. We will be safe and happy to come back to this fantastic Bijou.

We had an exceptional stay in Bordighera in this high quality apartment, with neat finishes and elegant decor. Access is easy, the views are simply beautiful, and the setting is very peaceful. The owner is really friendly, always available and attentive. He made our stay even more enjoyable thanks to his kindness and attention to detail. A real favorite for the indoor spa that it offers as an option: a perfectly thoughtful wellness area, with a relaxing atmosphere and the possibility of enjoying professional massages on site. This is a real sensory experience you should not miss! The swimming pool and jacuzzi, included in the living room, perfectly complete this already exceptional place. We would recommend it in a second!

Had a great stay we were with our family of 5. I did have my own baby stuff etc because this was not present, but that didn't matter to us because we were going to travel even further. A stroller is not convenient because this does not fit in the 2nd elevator, but we have found that one side is a little wider than the other 😅 so the side that adjoins the house that is wider. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the lifeguard are really great sweet. In the cottage, everything you need was available. Parking is really recommended for an extra fee the hill is really very steep. You can also easily do groceries there on foot, this is about 10 minutes before the liddle and the coop is 20 minutes away, but by car you will be there in no time. The view is super really amazing. And for the sports people at the coop there is a gym where you can exercise unlimitedly for 60. We found this very useful for my husband, for example.

We (family with 2 children) spent 4 great weeks in Marco's apartment. Great views, the sea at your doorstep, swimming pool, parking, etc. as indicated in the apartment description. Marco is a great host, he responded immediately to any questions and problems and did his best to resolve the issue. We can recommend the apartment with a clear conscience. The only thing you need to know is that the internet connection is somewhat unstable and rather unsuitable for working. But it's totally fine for watching movies or surfing with your phone. Apartment located in a very nice village, in a magical environment. To discover! Communication with the hosts was easy and caring, thanks for hosting us :) For families with small children, note that the place and the apartment are not the simplest. Lots of stairs in the village, and in the house, rooms that are difficult to ventilate because the windows overlook small streets where the locals make a little noise in the evening, even if nothing dramatic.

Apartment is located on the first line on the beach! Very private place with own parking lot. We were with electric vehicle car and Valerio allowed me to charge it during our stay. Extremely good location. Everything is in 3-5 minutes walking distance(old town, grocery store, laundry, fruit store, cafeterias and etc). Apartment was clean, fully equipped with all what you’ll need! Location and place privacy was is amazing. I recommend this place for a families with a kids. Thanks to Valerio! He is our hero! He helped us a lot and was very responsive and supportive!

The only small downside is that the road up to the house is somewhat intricate and without car protection, some of the way. But you can walk back and forth if you can handle some steep hills. Not for people with walking difficulties.

We had a wonderful stay in Sanremo, the flat was very clean and welcoming, better than we expected. There is everything you can need during your stay. We enjoyed staying here and we would definitely recommend it to others. It is a close walk to the center of Sanremo or with the bikes Filippo offers. The pool was not yet open at this time of the year, but this was not an issue for us, we knew it upfront. We would definitely choose Filippos flat once again if we come back to Sanremo. The accommodation is super well located: close to the train station, the sea, shops and the old town. The apartment is clean and air conditioned. The pool is a real plus. The only problem was very noisy you at night for 2 days, we left them a note, and it calmed down afterwards, and the elevator didn't work the last 2 days of our stay. The apartment being located on the 4th floor, carrying suitcases and groceries was problematic. But overall we are very satisfied, the host was very considerate and responsive, answered our questions quickly. We'll definitely be back!
