Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Province of Grosseto

It was our first time in Castiglione. Landlord (mother and daughter) very kind, welcoming and very helpful. Wonderful place, away from the chaos of the city but a short distance from the sea, surrounded by nature and peace. Spacious place, with everything you need inside and out with lounge chairs, umbrella, and table. We felt right at home. Thanks again for everything. We will definitely be back.

The house is very typical, its like a cottage. If you arrive, I recommend you park your car in the near by parking and walk from there, its 200 meters, its better than wonder around how to arrive as the google does not lead you there precisely. There is many things you can do around. We arrived to explore and Sarah was very responsive and nice in person. Just one thing that we were missig was a window in one room there is no window and in the second room there is only a roof window so there is no natural light in there. But its probably because of the old constructions and also the hot season. Othere than that we liked this place.

The house has a very convenient location for the beach and is equipped with all amenities, including WiFi (convenient as there is not much network coverage in the area). Cinzia was very nice and responsive, even when we had to delay check-in due to an unexpected event.

The house is beautiful, it reflects the photos. Particularly appreciated the children's room on the upper floor with a sea view. The spaces are well structured, even the outdoor veranda is well set up, we took advantage of it for breakfast and some dinners, the outdoor shower with both hot and cold water is convenient. Pozzarello is a short walk from Porto Santo Stefano, which can also be reached on foot through the pedestrian path built on the former railway. The house is in a very quiet area, close to small beaches and also to very beautiful hiking trails, with enchanting panoramic views. For us it was the ideal base to visit the various coves that offer a splendid sea! We highly recommend it!

Beatrice's house is a little gem: clean, tidy, spacious, cozy, complete with everything, also with a cool veranda with a manicured garden where you can have lunch together and let the children play. It also has two very comfortable parking spaces. It is located on a quiet residential street within walking distance of the beautiful sea and a two-minute drive from the center of Castiglione. Beatrice is a very caring host, you can immediately notice the love and passion she puts into making the house as welcoming as possible to make sure guests have a happy stay and return home satisfied. We had a wonderful week and it was hard to pack to return home! If you choose Castiglione as a vacation spot, Beatrice's homes are highly recommended! Thanks again for a great stay!

Great place to stay! You can feel like an Italian :-) Italian neighbors, Italian food, Italian house. Lucia is a great host full of energy and enthusiasm. It was a great pleasure meeting her.

Beatiful house with everything you need. The house was really clean, and it has all the amenities you need. The contact with Andrea was good. In the surroundings there is not much to do, but if you are looking for peace and quite, and you don't mind driving a bit for activities, this is the perfect place.

A beautiful Bijou in the hills of Tuscany. Decorated with love and sense of aesthetics. Beautiful decor details and dishes. It smelled very fine in the Hus. We were totally surprised, it was even nicer than in the photos, I almost had the tears when I saw it. Dear Simone, you made a beautiful spot even more beautiful, bravo! Really enjoyed the stay: the place is spacious and cozy (even more beautiful than in the pictures :)), there was everything you need: bed linen, towels, everything equipped with kitchen. The hosts are friendly and although they don't speak much English, but they explain everything:)... The town is charming too - full of historical buzz. There is a small thermal spring quite close (from the property maybe 5 min walk) - quite hot so only one of us bathed, but our feet were all soaked;)... We had a wine at the townhome's bar - it was very nice to interact with the locals. Literally, the warmest feedback - thank you for everything!

Apartment in the middle of nature, well connected to both the beaches and the hinterland. Clorinda and the in-laws above the apartment were friendly and kind. All good!

Place is great..... Waking up in the morning and enjoying that view is priceless. There was everything in the house, especially in the kitchen. I think it is strategically located 20/30 from all the main attractions in the area.

Fantastic experience! We traveled with a 1-year-old girl and Tiziana's kindness to her (camping bed, high chair, wipes, games...) made everything easier and more enjoyable. Surely it made a difference knowing that you had a place like this when we returned from our laps :) The apartment is clean, very large, with all comforts. Really nothing to complain about!

Great family run place! Welcomed and greeted by Robert’s mother with a glass of wine that Robert made himself. Robert’s mom doesn’t speak any English but she was just so sweet and welcoming. The view is gorgeous and this place is a true agritiursimo with active vineyard and olive farms. Highly recommend.

This apartment has a view from every window - even the bathroom! It is on the quiet side of town, and was extremely quiet at night, but only a short walk to good restaurants and cellers. I stayed 2 weeks while studying at the language school on the far side of town, and I could not have made a better.l choice. Very comfortable bed and seating in the kitchen, and Giacomo was a friendly and responsive host.

Sonia was very proactive and responsive. The apartment was as described and clean and with an incredible view. Having a nearby dedicated parking spot was immensely convenient as well!

The house was perfect, clean and with everything you need. The place is very nice and quiet, all the people are very friendly. Very kind of you to give us the discounts for the park and beach parking. We loved the dogs and the cat who came to greet us in the morning and evening when we returned. A 2-minute drive from the center of Alberese, from which all the trails start to explore the Maremma Park.

Perfect apartment, there was everything you need. From the balcony you can see the sea. Mauro personally welcomed us and gave many helpful tips for things to do and restaurants. He is super nice and was always reachable. The location of the apartment is great, close to the beach. The city and restaurants are within easy walking distance.

Cozy and pleasant house, well stocked with everything. When you arrive, good cleaning. Great location, close to the pine forest and beaches. We spent about fifteen very pleasant days. Responsive and helpful host.

We felt comfortable in Laura's apartment right away. It was nice to get to the beach so quickly and with a short walk to the village. The beds were comfortable, the two bathrooms very practical. Communication with Laura was easy and she had time to greet us personally and lead us into your apartment. We would book the apartment again immediately, the location was excellent.

The host Marta has always been super kind and helpful, even before check-in. The accommodation has recently been restored with modern and quality materials. The location is fantastic: the beach (even the free one) is very close and convenient to reach, and the center is a few minutes' walk along the seafront (Via Italia). Great restaurants in the immediate vicinity and Conad right in front. The only two flaws in my opinion (but I want to clarify that they do not depend on Marta, of course!) were: especially on Friday/Saturday evening, the neighborhood is a bit noisy for rowdy kids and roaring scooters, also because unfortunately exactly in front of the accommodation there is a porch that makes voices and noises echo, but luckily Marta has equipped the accommodation with windows that, if closed, allow excellent sound insulation; the building is a bit old, certainly not up to the apartment. Overall we were very satisfied with the stay!

Wow! Beautiful place! We have a wonderful pizza on the terrace and a great breakfast spread in the morning. The room was comfortable and very clean. The hosts were kind and welcoming. We can’t wait to go back. Totally worth the drive out there.

Nice apartment with large patio including a barbecue, ocean views with sunrise. Garage with door available short walk away, somewhat tight but fits small/medium-sized vehicle. Walkable 10-15 minutes downhill to nearby restaurants and stores. Great host, readily available and helpful.
