The perfect getaway with magnifico views. Great hosts, super good food, open to help and organize what you need. Very nice jacuzzi with hot / cold water like a bath-tub. The only small problem are forficula bugs and spiders but if you want natural surroundings than that is the costs. All in all I highly recommend this place for a couple escape. We got lucky and the horses where there to see us when we woke up.

Gianluca was a very caring host. Accessibility and communication easy, straightforward and fast - in very good English. The place is great for anyone looking for peace and privacy. The house has everything it needs for a nice vacation including a large pool, sauna and hot tub. Gianluca recommended very good restaurants and excursion destinations. Above all, many insider tips, i.e. no tourist hotspots but local ones where locals eat. We will be happy to come back 😊 Thanks, Gianluca 👍

Jacopo was a great host! Available and kind, he immediately worked to solve small problems encountered when we arrived, wifi did not work x the modem fault, a small pot was missing x heat the milk (ruined by previous guests) and the bedroom did not have the curtain x darken the light, the day after he had already resolved the wifi failure, bought a new pot and also a new moka and put the curtain in the room. The house is in a quiet location, of course I can hear the cars passing but the new windows perfectly isolate the rooms and you can sleep without problems, the outdoor veranda where you can eat is very nice, the garden is large and fenced, our dog really appreciated. The house is equipped with a/c although in reality it is always fresh. The only downside is the lack of a small microwave or air fryer, to be able to heat or cook fast dishes, but this certainly did not ruin our vacation, we naturally adapted with the fires.

An enchanting place in the Maremma countryside with distant coastal views around Talamone. Owned by the kindest of couples with the friendliest of (female) dogs. Very charming and rustic with everything you need. No frills, and all the best for that. A true retreat from everyday life.

Our stay at Gabriele's place was great and we enjoyed the week we have with him. The house has a cinematic sweeping view of the Tuscan countryside and the pool just like that. The pool is perfect for cooling off on the hot summer days. The house is beautiful, rustic, clean and cool. Air conditioning also helps. We have been a family of 4, with children of 4 and 7 years. We have enjoyed it every day! Gabriele and his wife were very friendly, welcoming and always easy to reach if needed. They helped make our stay just perfect. Thanks to them! We can only recommend a stay with Gabriele and his “Le Capannacce”.

We had a wonderful week in the apartment! Everything was exactly like it was in the description. We particularly appreciated the quiet location and the proximity to the sights. The host was responsive at all times and gave us great tips for the area. We felt completely comfortable.

This casa is an absolutely spectacular place to stay when in Tuscany - I was amazed by the photos, but in real life the place is somehow even more beautiful and scenic! The hosting is absolutely faultless - we were made to feel right at home immediately with homemade treats, and every arrangement we needed was made super smoothly. Utterly perfect - this was our first introduction to Tuscany and we will remember it forever!

The property was beautiful amd loved the scenery and friendly animals such as the donkeys and horse which greeted us each night. Serena and Mario were exellent hosts and made us feel at home at welcomed. We enjoyed a home cooked dinner with a view and breakfast. Very comfortable rustic farmhouse accomodations. Highly recommend and would love to go back as it is close to all in Tuscany.

We stayed here with our two young adult daughters. The home and the views are just magical! The home was well stocked and provided everything we needed. It very peaceful and quiet. The grounds are stunning and well kept! Only a 15 minute drive to the town of Pienza which had some of the best local restaurants. The pool was very nice to enjoy on a hot summer day with a glass of Rose in hand. We we would stay here again in a heartbeat! You will not be disappointed!

Very kind, helpful and responsive host. Clean, functional house and a stone's throw from the beach. The outdoor space is strategic, both for the dog and for the equipment (gazebo, outdoor shower, deckchair, barbecue). Truly a great experience. to do again.

The house lives from Gloria, who is a perfect host and a soul of man. She personally accompanied us to the accommodation, explained everything to us and spoiled with homemade delicacies and Tuscan specialties: homemade bread and cookies, jam, fresh fruit, water in the fridge, Tuscan olive oil and coffee. Because it sometimes got quite cool during our stay in October, she also brought us wood and lighters for the open fireplace. We had three cozy days in the blue garden house, which certainly unfolds its charm in summer even more if you can use the garden and the beautiful terraces. The sea is only a few kilometers away by bike or car. Highly recommended is also the vegetarian restaurant, which Gloria runs together with her sister, about 1 km from the house.

We visited Moreno in Rosa Canina in the last week of September and first October. The weather was fantastic, no rain for almost two weeks. At night we were able to star in our hammocks and hear the sounds of forest. The house is secluded in the forest but is easily accessible by car and without worries. We visited the Maremma Natural Park several times, which is easy to reach by car in 45-50min. The pink Canina is a little paradise where a lot of work and passion has been put into a lot of work and passion. It has style and flair. The highlight is the antique bathroom. Everything is very tastefully decorated and we felt very much at home. As an improvement, however, more light should be taken care of above the work area/stove, it is too dark for cooking in the evening:-) But a tip: Bring a hammock to relax!!: Thank you Moreno & Spartaco for this wonderful place and for letting us stay with you for 2 weeks.

The accommodation was very clean, well-designed, comfortable and situated in a beautiful and authentic tuscan location. The hosts are lovely people who respond to everything within minutes and come up with interesting activity recommendations. We absolutely recommend this house to everyone who loves a peaceful place to stay at in the heart of Italy.

in a context surrounded by nature and with a breathtaking view of the Maremma hills, we were literally welcomed as members of an extended family, in a relaxing environment where a wonderful coexistence with its dogs and cats reign, perhaps the real silent and never intrusive local owners. We found a place tidy and with the scent of fresh and clean. Finally, it is not possible to mention the exquisite dinners prepared with only local products from Tiziana, a true backbone of the initiative. My advice is to go there whenever you need to disconnect with the chaos of the daily routine. Thanks Tiziana 😘

Very nice newly restored cottage in the middle of nature. The panorama was splendid, surrounded by the Tuscan hills, close by lovely medieval villages, natural springs, wineries, agriturisms, and not too far from the sea. The cottage offers incredible views of sunrise and sunset. The host was very friendly and flexible. She gave us a lot of information and tips. Highly recommended.

Sabrina has made a little paradise here! The cottage is very tastefully and lovingly decorated and there is everything you need. The complex in and of itself is wonderfully embedded in the landscape with a typical flora and fauna as well as a wonderful view! The infinity pool with its soft water is unique! Sabrina is a very gracious host - always available - with good tips for the region - but not intrusive at all! We enjoyed the time very much and will be back!

A peaceful oasis. A terraced garden cared for in every detail with a wide variety of plants. Swimming pool overlooking the valley, the house is equipped with every comfort. Relaxing stay away from the hustle and bustle. I recommend this truly unique property!

We would definitely repeat our stay. It was very calm and in the middle of nature. We had a lovely stay with our dog. You can also reach to the small village by walk, where there is a restaurant with views. Alessandro was also a great host. I would definitely recommend this place!
