Loft holiday rentals in Province of Grosseto

Lovely loft apartment in a classic Tuscan hilltop village. Multiple nice restaurants within 2 minutes walk. Would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues due to stairs required to access the apartment.

Had a fabulous stay Close to everything

The apartment was well-stocked and furnished, the kitchen was complete with all the necessary utensils and appliances. The view from the patio is spectacular at every hour, at night you can admire the stars, and the sunset time makes everything even more magical. The village is quiet and cozy and although it does not boast of amazing activities, the apartment offers a quiet and serene space where you can spend very pleasant moments. The only thing we're sorry about is staying only one night. Congratulations again to the Host who was super helpful from start to finish.

There are two aspects to my comments -- the host and the apartment. The host was outstandingly helpful, friendly and accommodating. We were greeted with extra amenities and useful suggestions. I can't say enough. The location is inside the walls of the old city and parking is doable but can be challenging. The location is just off of the main drag and has lots of restaurants, shops and sights nearby. The apartment is extremely well equipped if you want to do some cooking. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is perfectly adequate. The view is incredible. Sitting at the dining table and looking out the window you would think you were looking at a beautiful painting. I would not hesitate to return to this specific unit.

For us to get away from it all for a few days, this Airbnb was perfect. The villa is beautiful, the views amazing, and the island paradise. Fabrizio sent us a set of clear instructions by message when booking, which were very helpful. Stefano was able to help us whenever we asked. Thank you to him for his kindness and availability. In this Airbnb, everything is thought out so we just have to put down our luggage and enjoy. We'll pick you up from the ferry at the beginning of your stay, and get back to you at the end of your stay. You have a vehicle on loan on site. It has all the necessary linens. The island is really beautiful, with white sand beaches, a rock-cut staircase that leads to the water (to the lighthouse), small villages full of charms, and very nice hiking trails! The villa is also at the start of a trail. We advise you to book an evening to see the sunset in Campese, on the terrace or on the beach.

My fiancée and I were very satisfied with Margareth's hospitality, the loft is really a delight. Scarlino is perfect for those who love historic villages, well served, and you can reach the best beaches in the area with ease.

Great place to stay if you are in Grosseto. Catia was very nice. The apartment was perfect. Very clean and you will find everything you need. I really enjoyed staying there. Thank you again Catia 😁

Great accommodation for the bathrooms of San Filippo and the main destinations of the Val d 'Orcia. Great communication.

can’t say enough good things about our stay! Corrado is the most helpful host we have ever had! He made sure we knew where to park and helped us with recommendations and the parking machine we couldn’t work. The location is wonderful also. Everything exceeded our expectations!
