Holiday rentals with a pool in Province of Avellino

Le Janare - is a complete gem of a find, totally unique. We had such a relaxing and tranquil stay, with gorgeous surroundings that made everything even more relaxing. A true haven. You have complete privacy and the additional amenities provided for your sole use are a fantastic touch, it’s just you, nature and the spectacular views. The villa was clean, comfortable and provided everything we needed, we felt at home straight away and you could tell a lot of thought and effort had been put into the place with additional technology to enhance the stay (Bluetooth outside speakers were a great addition!) Gabriella and Franco were amazing hosts - they gave use lots of recommendations from local places to visit to helping with our bigger trips. They were welcoming, friendly and so thoughtful. The area is so special - shops/restaurants/cafes only a 5-10 minute drive away. Local history in the surrounding towns gave our trip added charm. We will be returning and I cannot wait!

I had a quick but wonderful stay at Giacomo's place. He was incredibly friendly and helpful in checking in and the place is in such a beautiful location. Definitely worth it to enjoy the view and the relative calm.

Siamo stai accolti in maniera dolce da Fiorentina. Peccato che fossero giornate un po’ uggiose ma ci siamo promessi di ritornare per sfruttare al meglio la zona di fuori. Nonostante la piccola di sei mesi, siamo stati davvero bene e anche con tutti i comfort che una bambina richiede.

Just got back from a week in Casa Elisabetta, Caposele. Cannot recommend it enough! Sandro was so helpful and really quick to respond. Made us feel very welcome, lots of recommendations - and the gift basket of home grown produce was such a beautiful surprise to find on the door step! If you are after seclusion, peace and quiet in picture perfect surroundings Caposele is second to none. A walkers dream! However, we also had a car, which is a must if you want to explore the surrounding area. We visited in Oct so the town was very quiet, with little open, but the nearby town of Materdomini had places to eat. Just over an hour by car to Pompei, Salarno, Vietri sul Mare, Ercalano. It was lovely to escape back to the beautiful, quiet surroundings of the Caposele valley each evening after a day out on the Italian roads! :) Thank you again to Sandro and Casa Elisabetta. Un soggiorno indimenticabile! L’host è stato incredibilmente accogliente e disponibile, rendendo ogni momento piacevole. La casa è spaziosa, con un affascinante arredamento vintage che ti trasporta in un’altra epoca, perfettamente conservato e curato nei minimi dettagli. Il giardino è ampio e ben tenuto, un vero angolo di paradiso dove rilassarsi e godere della tranquillità. Consiglio vivamente a chiunque cerchi un’esperienza autentica e unica!

We choose this villa short notice as had to cancel in portugal due to Covid. Claudio was exceptionally helpful and welcoming. The villa is breathtaking, beautifully designed and built with great care. With a family of 8 I was looking for space and the villa was perfect. Every area gives amazing views of the hills, valleys, town and sea. My favourite was from my bedroom. I will miss that breathtaking view from 2 sides of the room mainly glass . The kitchen had everything we needed as we mainly stayed in the villa and cooked together. We did go out and explore . We hired a little car which was handy but the kids choose to walk down to Cava de Terreni which took about half an hour and a good work out back up the hill. The town has a nice centre to explore, with restaurants, cafes and clothes shops. The town comes alive in the evening with families eating out and shopping. There is a little supermarket nearby good for bread, milk, eggs etc and a larger one in the town for a big shop. Public transport is good and very cheap. We caught the train to Pompeii from Cava and it was €2.50 and took maybe 25 minutes. An amazing day trip back in time. We pre booked the tickets and the positive side about travelling during a pandemic was that the streets of Pompeii were empty so our experience was extraordinary. After relaxing in the pool and walking up and down the hill we ate dinner under the stars with an uninterupted view of the twinkling lights of Napoli. The balustrade is glass. We all spent a lot of time staring at the clouds and the surrounding view which was important for us to take time to relax. I loved walking around the villa, the garden, the stylish carp pool with a little bridge over to the self contained apartment my daughter and boyfriend stayed in. The interior is filled with interesting art and beautiful things but my favourite was the staircase as you enter set into the rocks. We were very lucky to have found it. A perfect stay

We were ten people altogether (6 teenagers and 4 adults) and we had a really nice stay! The house was at the top of the hill with Beautiful scenery Vesuvius at the other side and sea at the other side. Ricardo was very helpful with all the local tips . Good equipment at the kitchen

Pierfrancesco si è mostrato subito disponibile a tutte le nostre richieste. Disponibile in caso di problemi o incomprensioni. La descrizione dell'annuncio rispecchia l'alloggio e i servizi inclusi. Abbiamo soggiornato nel weekend di pasqua e abbiamo usufruito anche del barbecue per una bella grigliata a bordo piscina. L'arredamento è un po' datato nella maggior parte della casa. Ampio parcheggio interno. In conclusione tutto ok, consiglio l'alloggio di Pierfrancesco.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questa casa vacanza ad Arpaise! Fin dal nostro arrivo, siamo stati accolti con grande gentilezza e disponibilità dal signor Giovanni, una persona davvero straordinaria, sempre attenta e premurosa. La casa è molto grande, pulita e dotata di ogni comfort per garantire un'esperienza rilassante. Il giardino è semplicemente stupendo: un angolo di pace in fiore, ricco di margherite e tanti altri splendidi fiori che rendono l'atmosfera magica e rigenerante. Un soggiorno perfetto, all'insegna del relax e della bellezza della natura! Grazie di cuore al signor Giovanni per la sua straordinaria ospitalità. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare!
