Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Province of Avellino

I had a wonderful 10-day stay here and I'd love to return! The house was immaculate and very comfortable, with plenty of old world charm. The village is beautiful and peaceful, and thankfully doesn't seem to be touristy. I didn't meet Carmela but her son Luciano was very friendly and helpful, even picking me up and dropping me off in Avellino, from where I got the bus to/from Naples. I'd had a few concerns before I came about being here without a car, but I needn't have worried. There's a great shop run by a lovely lady just around the corner, with a good selection of groceries, including fresh fruit and vegetables, delicious cheeses, etc. Although there are buses to the larger towns, I never felt the need to go as I could get everything I needed in the village. I was working remotely during my stay and I can recommend the house for digital nomads - the wifi connection was good enough to have Zoom calls without any problems, for example. All in all, very highly recommended!

Where do we start… Potito and his wife Sara were lovely hosts (more like super hosts!!!). They greeted us in person and took us to his winery where we had the opportunity to try some of his wine (highly recommend his white), and then showed us the museum of Ascoli. Potito even made reservations for my husband and I at La Mediavalys which had breathtaking views from the top of the mountain, and an enjoyable atmosphere! We had just spent a few days in Rome, so being able to unwind in their lovely villa in the countryside of Ascoli was perfect—the terrace view was just like the photos, and did not disappoint! On one of the mornings, our car had a flight tire and Potito came and helped us. He took us to a local auto shop and stayed with us the whole time until it was changed. “Grazie mille, Potito e Sara!!”

What can we say about the soulful Giuseppe who met us, who settled us in his cute spiritual house, created all the conditions for living. I will remember the view from the balcony for a long and long time. Limoncello that his wife was insanely delicious. A cozy magnificent house with everything you need for a comfortable stay. I will recommend this house to all my friends that will come to the south of Italy and I will definitely come back with my family again

We had a great stay! The apartment was spacious and very well equipped with everything you might need. We also really loved the private garden, kids playground and guide! We will go put of our way to stay here again if we are ever close again!

I booked a Vittorio house for two people, but I arranged a lunch with friends for a small extra fee and we had a fantastic time. Dogs also enjoyed the spaces, freedom, and the barbecue! Really beautiful house both outside and inside with everything you need. There was nothing really missing!

Sergio was a very gracious host. We were there for an entire month. Any little issue we may have had, Sergio always took immediate and action above and beyond. Wonderful to hear the passion for the history of the community from Sergio and Family. Great stay and home base for our month in amalfi area.

A great stay! Casa Braida is simply wonderful! The apartment has all the necessary amenities for a relaxing and pleasant stay: spacious rooms, thoughtful decor, well-equipped kitchen and impeccable cleanliness. The location is ideal for exploring the picturesque village of Muro Lucano and its surroundings. A highlight is definitely the availability of the owner, always ready to provide useful tips on what to visit or where to eat. His kindness and attention to detail made us feel at home. We highly recommend Casa Braida to anyone who wants to discover this beautiful area of Basilicata in total comfort.

Andrea is likely one of the kindest men I have ever met. He was extremely responsive, very flexible, had countless tips to give, offered a spotless apartment with a breathtaking view of Vesuvius and the surrounding hills. The Osteria down the street is 5-star fantastic. If you want a great midpoint to visit Naples and Pompeii before heading out to the coast, this is a great pick.

The stay with Andrea was very nice, everything worked as it was agreed!! There was even a shared breakfast in the garden, always happy to come back 😍

Tidy and clean apartment, flexible check-in and great location

We have made our own little dream❤️This place is located in the heart of the village of Nusco under a castle of the eleventh century . Saverio welcomed us into this newly renovated new home with all the necessary comforts, excellent cleanliness and an equipped kitchen. It was 2 days relaxed where we lived peace in one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. It was like going back in time to a place where hospitality, cleanliness, and peace reign. We are very happy with this discovery 😊

I stayed in this apartment for two nights and the experience was excellent! The house is exactly as described, super clean, cozy and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Check-in was quick and easy, and the host was always helpful and friendly, providing helpful local tips. Comfortable bed, well-organized spaces, and a really nice atmosphere. we absolutely LOVED our stay at Le Conche. the surrounding area and views are stunning, the accommodations cozy and Federica is an excellent host. communication is great and she even went out of her way promptly to help us when we had an issue! we wish our stay had been longer!

Francesco was very kind and helpful. his house was extremely clean. the car is safe - you can park it directly in front of the house. we were cared for by Francesca Etta's mother, a very warm and warm person. thank you very much!

Very well-stocked place with everything ,from pots, fridge,TV, etc. Very kind and excellent cleanliness. Local on the third floor ,on the hottest day the air conditioning is a little precise. Although it's not your fault for the lack of water during the night... I hope it resolves it soon . Anyway, if I'm passing through, I'll stop again.

Good morning! Everyone! Today I take this opportunity to tell you about my experience at the property. It's the same as the photos, the lights in the sleeping area are very comfortable because they turn on a voice command, beautiful! Equipped kitchen, the house is equipped with everything! From dish soap to coffee pods. The hosts of the house are very kind, and present through messages, check-in and check-out are done completely independently, among other things, I had a request to make and the year welcomed. 100% recommend.
