House holiday rentals in Province of Avellino

It is a villa surrounded by greenery, recently renovated, with all amenities, 3 bedrooms with private bathroom, kitchen where you can dine quietly in 10. Excellent outdoor space with oven, bbq and a large table with chairs. Private indoor parking for 3 cars. The host was kind, precise, able to explain everything in detail. 5 stars deserved. I recommend it

We loved our stay - we were lucky with the weather, which made it perfect, especially with the pool & barbeque, even the dishwasher being out of action didn't spoil it (couldn't have fitted the giant crockery & pots in anyway!) - a few pointers! The directions/address on the Air BnB website got us completely lost - we found out way thanks to the host sending us a map link. Theres a lack of instructions and information at the property - answers to queries via whats-app were quick & helpful, but some sort of information book and guide to what is in the town would have been greatly appreciated! The town is easily walkable and very quirky , but don't try to drive around in it! Our host was very helpful & quick to respond via the internet & our cleaner Mrs. Lina was great- tracking us down in the town when we arrived and leading us back to the villa! So overall, thanks for a great family holiday in a lovely location - we would 100% recommend

This house is fantastic, the views are absolutely spectacular! The photos don’t do it justice. A very relaxing place to stay, wish we could have stayed longer. A car is a must to reach the house, you wouldn’t want to walk up the hills with luggage. Pasquale was always responsive and made for a great host. We will definitely return if we’re in the area

Traditional, spacious home. Comfortable and solid mosquito nets everywhere. Friendly and helpful host. Enclosed parking on the property but --very narrow-- access. Note: Google maps will mislead you. Drive to the center of town and then turn uphill into the access road.

This stay was beyond worth it! We loved staying in part of the historic center and in the small alley ways. The neighbors were very kind and helpful whenever we were confused or needed help. The airbnb itself was extremely clean and comfortable. Flora was amazing and responsive as well! We personally didn’t have great internet on this particular street so the neighbors helped us initially but once we entered the airbnb, the wifi was great. We would 100% stay here again!

I have stayed at 30 places, and Antonella's was the best. She is very helpful and friendly. The place is very clean and exactly as in the photos. There are plenty of kitchen utensils and supplies. It's close to everything you need for everyday living, and right on the railway to Naples. The neighborhood is safe. Sperone is a nice little village with great food and scenery. Please take note: the apartment is in Sperone, not Avellino. The address and map on Airbnb are incorrect. Even after you make the reservation, Airbnb gives you the wrong address. You have to contact Antonella to get the correct address.

The apartment was very clean and with lots of amenities. I won't hesitate to come back if needed.

Penthouse in a somewhat secluded place, but beautiful and quiet, with terrace and beautiful views. only be careful for those who are tall when walking, both inside the hallway and outside on the terrace. Very welcoming host and kittens too cute.

Vincenzo and Maria are very warm people, and it was a delight to meet them. Their place is very cozy and Zungoli is a dreamy little village. Book this place right away if it is available.

Was a good place to get a rest!

The communication with Grazia was very friendly and nice. When we arrived, the oven was already on, which was very nice! However, I recommend turning on the hot water switch directly in the bathroom, otherwise you will not have hot water. We had only turned it on in the morning and could not take a warm shower.

We had a great time at Andrea's Airbnb! The host was really attentive to our requests, always helpful and kind. The apartment was impeccable: well cleaned, with attention to detail and equipped with everything you need. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with a refrigerator and everything you need to cook, which was very comfortable. The location is strategic for those who want to explore Campania: Caserta, Naples and Salerno are easily accessible in an hour maximum, while Avellino and Benevento are just 30 minutes away. A great choice for those who want to visit the region without sacrificing comfort and tranquility. Highly recommended! We'll be back.

Stefano's apartment is in the middle of the well-preserved and beautiful old town of Benevento. Despite the central location it is very quiet. The apartment is tastefully decorated and everything is available. Communication with Stefano is excellent and he is very helpful. We were allowed to park our bikes in the apartment and he even gave us the address of a mechanic since we had a defect. We highly recommend to stay at Stefano's appartment.
