Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Province of Avellino

Where do we start… Potito and his wife Sara were lovely hosts (more like super hosts!!!). They greeted us in person and took us to his winery where we had the opportunity to try some of his wine (highly recommend his white), and then showed us the museum of Ascoli. Potito even made reservations for my husband and I at La Mediavalys which had breathtaking views from the top of the mountain, and an enjoyable atmosphere! We had just spent a few days in Rome, so being able to unwind in their lovely villa in the countryside of Ascoli was perfect—the terrace view was just like the photos, and did not disappoint! On one of the mornings, our car had a flight tire and Potito came and helped us. He took us to a local auto shop and stayed with us the whole time until it was changed. “Grazie mille, Potito e Sara!!”

Great home! Felt right at home. It was a perfect location. Clean, close to a lot of places and very peaceful! I highly recommend staying here!

This house is fantastic, the views are absolutely spectacular! The photos don’t do it justice. A very relaxing place to stay, wish we could have stayed longer. A car is a must to reach the house, you wouldn’t want to walk up the hills with luggage. Pasquale was always responsive and made for a great host. We will definitely return if we’re in the area

I booked a Vittorio house for two people, but I arranged a lunch with friends for a small extra fee and we had a fantastic time. Dogs also enjoyed the spaces, freedom, and the barbecue! Really beautiful house both outside and inside with everything you need. There was nothing really missing!

We spent two fantastic weeks at Enzo's house with a large group of friends and family. Enzo was always willing to help and genuinely interested in how we were doing. The location is very peaceful, yet still close to a wide variety of restaurants. The only downside is that a car is necessary to get around and visit Naples

Very cozy and spacious apartment. Nothing is missing and everything is thought out in detail, from the kitchen to the bedroom. Francesco made us find the apartment already warm and was always available and responsive to every request. Very strategic location, being close to supermarkets and bars. Highly recommended

We have made our own little dream❤️This place is located in the heart of the village of Nusco under a castle of the eleventh century . Saverio welcomed us into this newly renovated new home with all the necessary comforts, excellent cleanliness and an equipped kitchen. It was 2 days relaxed where we lived peace in one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. It was like going back in time to a place where hospitality, cleanliness, and peace reign. We are very happy with this discovery 😊

I stayed in this apartment for two nights and the experience was excellent! The house is exactly as described, super clean, cozy and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Check-in was quick and easy, and the host was always helpful and friendly, providing helpful local tips. Comfortable bed, well-organized spaces, and a really nice atmosphere. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to have a comfortable and carefree stay. I will definitely be back!

Everything was just as described. Great house and modern, with everything you need. Just the mattress could have been softer or newer. But in general everything was great!

Tiffany was an amazing host. She accommodated our request. Was patient and very helpful. The house was beautiful and better than pictured!

Mimi and Chiara were excellent hosts. The place is the result of years of love… piano, piano. Outstanding on all fronts! Walking distance to town. Do try the wines left for you, the red in particular. It’s a Taurasi in disguise.

This villa was amazing. The decor inside was beautiful even the lighting inside was something to talk about. The outdoors was breathtaking. Great for a group. Carmine was very friendly and accommodating. He left snacks for us when we arrived and even offered to take us to the supermarket if needed. Definitely worth a visit!
