Bed and breakfast holiday rentals in Province of Avellino

This Airbnb in Salerno is a great alternative to more expensive options closer to the Amalfi Coast. We found the location very convenient—just 20 minutes by bus to Salerno (or about 45 minutes on foot if you’re feeling up for it), and there’s a bus stop right next to the house. We rented a scooter for 3 days, and that made getting to the Amalfi Coast super easy and enjoyable. One of the biggest advantages is the private parking space on the property—perfect if you’re traveling by car and want it to be safe and secure. The house itself is minimal but had everything essential for a comfortable holiday stay. Domenico is a very friendly and hospitable host. Although his English is limited, we had no issues communicating thanks to Google Translate and ChatGPT. We truly appreciated his warmth and would have loved to spend more time getting to know him, but we were busy following a full itinerary exploring the Amalfi Coast and Naples. Paola è un'host estremamente disponibile e gentile, l'alloggio era bello e funzionante su ogni aspetto! Comodissimo il posto auto situato proprio davanti e altrettanto il bar, che si trova accanto, dove poter fare la colazione inclusa nel prezzo. Raggiungere Mirabella Eclano, uscendo dall'autostrada, è stato comodissimo e ci vogliono pochi minuti per arrivarci. Ho scelto questa destinazione per dividermi il viaggio da Roma a Lecce ed è stata la migliore scelta che abbia potuto fare. Consigliatissimo!!

Abbiamo trascorso una notte tranquilla in questo incredibile B&B con vista panoramica e mozzafiato... riservato e pulitissimo. Carmela e Mauricio non avrebbero potuto essere più gentili e sono stati degli ospiti calorosi e accoglienti. Monica, che ci ha preparato la colazione, è stata un angelo. Speriamo di poter tornare un giorno in questa splendida e tranquilla cittadina collinare. E consigliamo vivamente un delizioso ristorante locale chiamato La Cantina della Canonica, gestito da uno chef cordiale e straordinario di nome Rocco, che si è preso cura di noi in modo eccellente.

Anna is the most generous and accommodating host of a very well run BnB. The accommodation is comfortable and spotless -the beautiful breakfast on the terrace each morning is a treat. Having access to the 3rd floor terrace kitchen and outdoor space is a lovely for longer stays. Striano provides and authentic opportunity to experience a real Italian village with a butcher, deli and small markets close by. The quick access to trains opens the greater region for adventures and affordable travel. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Antonello e Angela sono stati molto accoglienti. Persone anche molto simpatiche. Siamo stati solo una notte, ma abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario per trascorrere in comodità il soggiorno. Ottima la pulizia e la precisione nelle camere. Abbiamo trovato anche tutto il necessario per fare colazione la mattina. Complimenti!

We loved the B&B. It was so quaint and in a great location. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and eating and drinking at the local establishments. Roberto was a fantastic host. He was very responsive and helped us with reservations. Everything was perfect.

A very friendly family renting out rooms on the 2nd floor of a well-renovated historic home. Situated in suburbs between other properties, but very private and peaceful in a huge garden full of trees. Warm welcome despite our late arrival and a tasty homemade breakfast in family’s own dining room left us with a feeling as if we had spent a night in friends’ house.
