Like last year, it was a wonderful experience and pure relaxation. It is a small paradise with wonderful and loving people and animals in a fantastic natural setting. Thank you Elly and all the "La Pace" family. We will come back :-)

Amazing place and super authentic B&B in the historic and characteristic center of Foiano. The location was totally quiet and peaceful . The room was clean and charming . The bed is super comfy and felt like new one. Would be a perfect base for those wanting a location to explore the local region in a relaxing manner. The old antique floors are wonderful to walk and the beauty of the area mekes it a valuable place to stay and relax. Car park is next to the accomodation, very easy to arrive. Vivian is a perfect host, she privides all you need to have a breakfast . Everything was fresh and delicius and the view from the common area was beauty and relaxing . It is definitly the best place to relax away from the big crowded cities, highly recommend!

Overall it was really nice. I would have preferred to stay on other rooms of the villa but they were all already booked. This room in particular was not of our taste. Perhaps you like it!

This was our highlight of our honeymoon stay! We loved every second being in this place in Tuscany! With so much traveling between cities which always is nice, it was peaceful to relax, lay out at the pool, live in the small town of Bettolle for a slow living lifestyle! The restaurants and locals are all very welcoming and we personally felt like home. We got to see the beauty in Italian culture in how they interact with my husband and I, see how they live and be a part of that for a short while. We can’t recommend this place more than enough!! The restaurant in our Airbnb was absolutely magnificent!! Just be mindful since Bettolle is such a small town, you need to arrive via bus from Sinalunga another small town where you will get dropped off by train if you’re traveling that way. The bus only runs certain hours since it’s such a small and not very busy town but the beauty in getting lost and figuring it out with the locals ties this trip altogether ☺️

Claudia and her husband Pietro are very nice hosts, always approachable and helpful. Pietro accompanied me to a workshop where I wanted to have my car repaired and conducted the negotiation with the mechanic there. The room was very nicely furnished, simple but practical. The bathroom with modern standards. The outdoor facilities (breakfast terrace, lawn, planting, pool) were very nice and well maintained, in an absolutely quiet location with a great view of green hills. The Italian breakfast is very rich and sweet, with various homemade cakes, good cereals, fruit, homemade jam, honey and yogurt, and very good coffee. Absolutely recommended, we will be happy to come back.

The place on the outside definitely looks different (outdated in some parts) from pictures, but they were very welcoming and the area is so peaceful. When we arrived in our room there was a book full of recommendations about things to do and restaurants which was very helpful. The room was very beautiful and spacious. The service was wonderful. We didn’t try the restaurant because we stayed for a short time but hopefully will do that next time :) …

Wonderful farmhouse surrounded by greenery!

Silvia is a nice and friendly host, the accommodation reflects the photos beautiful and above all very clean, it is located in a quiet but strategic location for access to the center of Cortona. Note of merit of breakfast from a 5-star hotel!!!!!

We have been there with our family for 10 days, really unique in terms of scenery. Rossano and the family were super hospitable and the food was a dream! The pool is super large and the view is just unique. I highly recommend it!

We had a fabulous time at Villa Di Sotto! Giulia and her family were incredibly hospitable. We felt so welcomed and adored the property. Would totally stay again!

Beautiful neighborhood, very nice and helpful hosts, a small Tuscan medieval town right next door. In a word, a recipe for a successful getaway. The kitchen is well-equipped, "Italian" breakfasts, but you can always ask for extra coffee, cheese or vegetables, Dani does not have a problem with it. Highly recommend!

The stay was fantastic, the "apartment" is a jewel... around the village, but still on the side for relaxation and tranquility. Hot tub with private hot water... The super kitchen and I also appreciated all the hotel style amenities (room cleaning, breakfast, lunch, dinner, etc.) combined with the independence of the private house.....Super SUPER SUPER... in addition you can also have a series of activities related to fantastic relaxation and wine. Very good. Their wine is really good!

A great place for our stay in Umbria. The road to the location was a steeper country road than expected and took some getting used to, but the location and the restaurant made everything good. Really a great location where we enjoyed ourselves. The view was beautiful and the food was really top quality. The wines: good! We highly recommend it!

I was only there for one night and then continued hiking the Francis Trail. Everything was great, nice and clean room and for Italy super breakfast.
