Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Province of Arezzo

We had a perfect break in Lorenza’s lovely house. It was extremely spacious and exceptionally clean. The garden is beautiful and well maintained with lots of areas to sit in and enjoy the peaceful environment. Our dogs loved their walks in the woods nearby and they enjoyed meeting all the feline residents! Lorenza and her husband are a lovely friendly couple who have put a lot of thought into ensuring their guests have a great holiday.

We were warmly welcomed by Bernedetta's children. She explained everything to the last detail and also gave tips for the surroundings. The house was in great shape and is also very nice! It is a building from the 13th century and many details have been nicely preserved. You are at the top of the mountains with only a few hundred meters away from another holiday stay of the same family. Furthermore, you won't be bothered by anyone. You can enjoy an insane view.

A dream come true, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy where peace ,tranquility and simplicity reign. Borgo di Quota 10 minutes from the village Poppi along a well-maintained bending road accessible to everyone,among other things in the village of Poppi you can find all the services possible. A special mention to Host Claudia , a wonderful person as well as the apartment. But I think words are not enough for a place so you have to live it,and I add that you eat really well in the area. Forgotten in Quota you will also find a very well-stocked shop run by special people.

We had a great time at Marco's apartment. It is very well equipped for long stays, with everything you need, even when traveling with a toddler. Nearby, you can find everything you need, from shops and restaurants to a laundromat. The location is perfect for exploring Tuscany, with many destinations easily accessible in a short time. We spent a dreamlike month there and would return anytime!

While looking for a place to stay it’s often difficult to choose. If we had known how fabulous this place was it would have been a no brainer! We all agreed that this is the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in on all of our travels. Massimiliano was a delight and so personable. He made excellent suggestions one being having a cooking lesson. If you have a chance ask for Francesca! The BEST! One last thing…we left with amazing recommendations for the next part of our trip. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! Marco is a unique host, but above all a wonderful person! From the moment of booking, he was very friendly and met our needs. On the day of check-in, he personally welcomed us and provided us with all the necessary directions for our stay, welcoming us with biscuits. The apartment is located in the center of Anghiari, which is more center than that you can't! Very convenient to reach from the free parking that takes you with the elevator to above the village. From there, a few steps on foot and you're right in front of Marco's apartment. The cheerfulness is very welcoming, spacious and has everything you need, even much more (even smart TVs and PlayStation). Also, honorable mention to the double bed: it's super comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. If you come to Anghiari, choose Marco and make sure you won't regret it. Quality/Price of this type in the historic center is not found! A hug and see you next time!!

The stay was very pleasant, the house is comfortable and equipped with all the amenities described. The house is a short walk from the center of the village and close to a beautiful river park where you can spend relaxing moments. Paola was always kind and helpful, it's likely we'll be back by choosing the same place again.

We stayed here a couple of days we felt at home, the apartment was tidy and very clean had everything you needed the host was very kind and considerate. We'll definitely be back, maybe for a summer stay.

We stayed in this flat as a family of four and had a wonderful experience. The space is bright, airy, modern and spacious, providing ample room for everyone to feel comfortable. It was also well-equipped with all amenities we needed, making our stay both convenient and relaxing. Highly recommended!

The stay in Porciano at Massimo and Deborah's place was simply fantastic. The accommodation itself was super nice and cozy, we felt very comfortable and we loved the peace and especially the nice residents of the small castle village. The scenery is a dream and I highly recommend staying there. Massimo explained the house to us perfectly and Deborah's welcome jam tastes super delicious. Beautiful place, beautiful view and fast responses

We had a pleasant stay with the family despite the rain. Simone booked us the covered tennis class, the restaurant, and even arranged for us in record time the repair of our car. The house is splendid, breathtaking view, the amenities are very comfortable.

Great stay. The host is amazing do thoughtful responsive and kind. Gave my kids presents and a cooked for us. Just the most thoughtful can’t describe her as a host in any other ways. The only problems we encountered was the air conditioning in two of the rooms and a hard time getting to the house. Ask her to send you her exact location bc we got super lost.

Our stay at Villa Chiara was nothing short of delightful. Nestled in the hills it offered a picturesque view of the Tuscan countryside. The villa itself was spacious and well maintained. It felt like home away from home. The pool and back patio are surrounded by lovely flowers, herbs and olive trees. Offering a spectacular view of the evening sunsets. The location was perfect to take short day trips to Siena, Florence and Montepulciano. Highly recommend for a serene, peaceful and relaxing getaway.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa in Tuscany and felt at home right away. The hosts, Silvana, Iacoppo, and Bruno, took excellent care of us and were always attentive to our needs. The villa itself is spacious and well-equipped with everything one could ask for. The beautiful pool with its stunning views and the cozy fireplace area were definite highlights. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the Tuscan countryside. Thank you again for an unforgettable stay!

We loved this Tuscan paradise! Perfect location to get to Siena, Montepulciano, Montalcino, etc very easily (within 30 mins). A beautiful private and quiet retreat in the heart of southern Tuscany. The villa itself is stunning with a true antique and lived-in feel. The grounds were gorgeous and provided a new spot for us to enjoy our morning tea and coffee each day. The pool is only cleaned once in two weeks, but luckily the maintenance crew were scheduled for the 2nd day of our arrival. Walking around the olive groves and hillside were a treat! A deeper cleaning of the house and cobwebs would be appreciated, but it is a large country villa and we know that can be hard. Important thing to note, there are two ACs, one in the master bedroom and one in the bedroom with two single beds. We were there in September and the weather was extremely pleasant so we did not need more than this.

A rare circumstance where both property and hosts exceeded our expectations. The house is spacious with lovely views and a patio and pool for exclusive use by guests. It is well stocked and appointed, including a pool table and multi-game arcade machine. Much appears recently renovated. For those wanting to cook traditional wood-fired pizzas, there are two outdoor ovens, plenty of wood, and a host at the ready to provide assistance as needed. Emanuele and his wife are excellent hosts - gracious and welcoming yet non-intrusive. They had a fantastic charcuterie board and wine ready on our arrival and helped us with guidance and reservations multiple times throughout the week. They live in the house next door, but you wouldn't know it. All in all, one of our best AirBnB experiences in nearly a decade of stays - very highly recommended!
