I can’t say enough good things about our wonderful hostess, Giordana. She went out of our way to connect us with relatives in the town of Rocca d’Arazzo, and that made our visit to this small Piedmontese town absolutely amazing! Giordana’s beautiful home had plenty of space for our family to spread out and enjoy time together. We loved the private setting close to town and just 20 minutes away from the larger city of Asti. There were plenty of towels and linens and other amenities for us to enjoy during our stay. We will absolutely try to stay here again if we are able to make it make to Rocca d’Arazzo.

Outstanding location and hosts, we felt right at home, the only downside was that we couldn’t stay longer since it is a very looked after location, it is an amazing and very large home, beautiful full of nature all around, on the main road and very close to town. The property is very nice and our dog appreciated the garden. The area is secluded and quiet, but not too much to not be able to reach the comforts. The owner is very kind and helpful.

Very stylish and inviting house, loved it!

Neive is a very nice place to stay in Piemonte and Borgo Villa is a great home away from home. Ample space for a family of five, comfortable beds, hosts which constantly make sure everything is fine it is a place we will return to for sure.

We are three adult couples, each with three children under the age of one. The spacious, tidy and clean structure allowed us to spend a week in total relaxation and well-being. We were greeted by the caretaker Niku, who was helpful, even offering us vegetables from his garden. The villa consists of a ground floor: a large living room well furnished with a fireplace, a dining room with a long wooden table, a bathroom and a very large kitchen equipped with everything you need. The upper floor has two large bedrooms, well isolated from each other with private bathrooms. In the garden there is an annex, used as a bedroom with bathroom. Outside there is a gazebo with a table where you can have breakfast, lunch and hang out while looking at the view. Long and comfortable pool. Equipped with sun loungers and umbrella. In conclusion, we found everything in order, well-kept and clean. Villa on top of a hill among the vineyards. Despite the heat, the climate was breezy and cool.

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at the Winemaker's villa, the house was equipped with everything we needed and the view and garden were just phenomenal. Communication with Adolf and Charlotte as well as Marta the house manager went wonderfully as well, it was simply a pleasure stay there :

It's a fantastic house. Well maintained and really well equipped. Perfect for groups. Plenty of space and a beautiful view of the countryside. Much nicer than the pictures. None of us guests have ever had such a well-equipped Airbnb kitchen. We are sad that our holidays are already over. Communication with Francesco worked great. The villa is located in the Monterodondo region of Gavi, located on a hilly ridge just a few minutes drive from the Serravalle Scrivia motorway toll booth, not far from one of the largest Italian oulets. The area is quiet with open views of hills and woods. The property is spacious and well-kept with decor that recalls English country houses: it has on two levels of three bedrooms,two full bathrooms and large common spaces with kitchen and dining room beyond the living room;no air conditioning,only fans.
