Farmhouse in Cascina in the Monferrato Hills

Elegant farmhouse nestled in the hills of Monferrato. The independent accommodation for guests, made from the barn, is complete with a living room with kitchen, comfortable bathroom and large and bright room with a double bed and a square and a half bed ideal for a couple, family or group of friends, up to 3/4 people. From the apartment you can enjoy an enchanting panoramic view, as well as from the large terrace where we serve the rich breakfast. Relaxation outdoor spaces are also available.

Bricco Aivè è un piccolo rifugio tra i vigneti, ideale per staccare e ritrovare la calma.

Strategic location to reach Alba, Asti, Aqui Terme, Nice Monferrato and Canelli. For a relaxing stay we are located a few minutes from the thermal baths of Agliano Terme. You can walk to the main services offered by the country, groceries, bars, restaurants, Poste Italiane and pharmacy.

Our house is located in the middle of the medieval village of Tagliolo Monferrato, surrounded by vineyards and mountains. The Ligurian Riviera is 30 minutes away by car. Barolo & Langhe is famous for wine lovers. It takes about 50 minutes by car to get to the old harbour of Genoa (Genova). Every morning you can have breakfast at a local bar and get a true Italian feel with a cappu and croissant. (20m from the building) Free parking on the street or nearby parking lot.

Charming vacation home in the town center, perfect stop for nature and tranquility lovers. The house is located in the center of the village, on a private street and in addition to having several green areas and a very large courtyard where you can also park your car; it enjoys a breathtaking view visible from most of the windows. You can enjoy the view from our panoramic terrace where you can sit and appreciate our hills in peace.

In the center of the village of Lu Monferrato, in the heart of the Monferrato hills, 3 double bedrooms (2 with 160x190 beds) and one with French bed. The blue room has a bathroom in the suite. 2 other bathrooms, one of which is a service bathroom. All services available in the village.
