Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Province of Alessandria

lovely authentic house in the calm outskirts of Asti. The hosts are very warm and helpfull, but also respect privacy. We had a great experience and will miss the place and its perks.

Wunderschönes Haus mit riesigen Grundstück. Perfekt für unsere Gruppe (7 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder), da wirklich sehr viel Platz war. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Da das Wetter leider nicht so gut war, haben wir auch den Billardtisch, den Tischkicker und das Spielzimmer intensiv genutzt. Fulvia ist eine großartige Gastgeberin. Sie hat uns herzlich willkommen geheißen, war immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Ihre Empfehlungen für Restaurants und Eisdielen (Camille!) waren einfach super. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

I can’t say enough good things about our wonderful hostess, Giordana. She went out of our way to connect us with relatives in the town of Rocca d’Arazzo, and that made our visit to this small Piedmontese town absolutely amazing! Giordana’s beautiful home had plenty of space for our family to spread out and enjoy time together. We loved the private setting close to town and just 20 minutes away from the larger city of Asti. There were plenty of towels and linens and other amenities for us to enjoy during our stay. We will absolutely try to stay here again if we are able to make it make to Rocca d’Arazzo.

Outstanding location and hosts, we felt right at home, the only downside was that we couldn’t stay longer since it is a very looked after location, it is an amazing and very large home, beautiful full of nature all around, on the main road and very close to town. Thank you. Interhome was also very attentive and responsive

La struttura è molto bella e il nostro cane ha apprezzato il giardino. La zona è isolata e tranquilla, ma non troppo da non poter raggiungere i comfort. Il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile.

Consiglio! Le host molto carine ,gentilissime e di aiuto per qualsiasi problema , casa veramente molto bella in piena tranquillità , completa di ogni cosa può servire! Se cercate la tranquillità questo e sicuramente il posto per voi! Ci tornerò sicuramente, grazie Mariuccia& Ivana

Nel periodo di capodanno abbiamo avuto la possibilità di soggiornare nella casa San Michele. Una casa con tutti i confort a disposizione, la struttura è ben studiata sia come affittacamere ma anche come casa intera indipendente. Noi siamo rimasti 4 giorni prenotando l'intera abitazione. Ogni stanza ha un bagno privato, tutti sono a vista con una vetrata che da sulle colline alessandrine, molto suggestivo. La cucina industriale è molto funzionale soprattutto per un gruppo di persone. La spa presente al piano inferiore della casa, raggiungibile dal giardino, è stato un vero e proprio benessere sia fisico che mentale. Giulia e Claudia sono state davvero gentili, facendoci sentire a casa, rispettando gli ospiti ma allo stesso tempo si sono raccontate e abbiamo avuto la possibilità di vedere lo studio musicale adiacente alla casa. Grazie e ancora complimenti per la struttura!!

Abbiamo trascorso 3 giorni in mezzo alla natura e serenità. Bellissima casa immersa nelle colline del Monferrato in perfetta tranquillità e comfort. Ottima esperienza per me e il mio gruppo di amici per passare un capodanno tutti insieme in un posto bellissimo. Le camere molto accoglienti , bagni pulitissimi e cucina dotata di tutto quello che serve. La titolare Paola molto gentile e sempre reattiva nel rispondere a ogni nostro dubbio. In poche parole la location perfetta per passare del tempo insieme agli amici in un posto unico.

Neive is a very nice place to stay in Piemonte and Borgo Villa is a great home away from home. Ample space for a family of five, comfortable beds, hosts which constantly make sure everything is fine it is a place we will return to for sure.

Siamo tre coppie di adulti, ognuna con tre figli sotto l'anno. La struttura ampia, ordinata e pulita ci ha permesso di passare una settimana nel totale relax e benessere. Siamo stati accolti dal custode Niku, che si è mostrato disponibile, offrendoci anche verdure del suo orto. La villa è composta sul piano terra: di un ampio soggiorno ben arredato con camino, una sala da pranzo con un tavolo lungo in legno, un bagno di servizio e una cucina molto grande e attrezzata con tutto il necessario. Il piano superiore prevede due ampie camere da letto, ben isolate le une dalle altre con bagni privati. Nel giardino si trova una dependance, adibita a camera con bagno. All'esterno un gazebo con tavolo dove far colazione, pranzare e stare in compagnia guardando il panorama. Piscina lunga e confortevole. Attrezzata di lettini e ombrellone. In conclusione, abbiamo trovato tutto in ordine, curato e pulito. Villa in cima a una collina tra le vigne. Nonostante il caldo, il clima era ventilato e fresco.

We absolutely loved our stay at Cristiana’s house. It was so much nicer even than the description and the photos, we felt at home from the minute we arrived. The kitchen is well equipped and has every appliance you could possibly need and the house was cleaned to a high standard which you don’t get a lot with rentals. The renovation has been done with so much care and heart, it’s modern enough to have all the comforts you need but it still has a beautiful charm of an old house. The brick work inside is very special and feels like they kept the style of the area. Our 2 children enjoyed the house as much as we did and were never bored especially with the pool table. There are some lovely walks in the area and lots of nice little villages to visit nearby. I can’t recommend this house enough and would definitely like to come back some time.

Ho festeggiato il mio compleanno da loro, location splendida sia dentro che fuori, host gentilissimi e super disponibili a qualsiasi ora per rendere tutto il più possibile come lo immaginavo. Abbiamo fatto una festa a tema progettando passo per passo ogni dettaglio insieme ed è stato tutto più bello di come potessi immaginare. Zoè ha creato non solo un’ambiente fantastico ma ha anche lavorato su ogni minimo dettaglio per renderlo perfetto per il tema della serata; a partire da addobbi grandi come bacheche e allestimenti delle pareti a piccoli dettagli per la tavola, tutti personalizzati con la massima precisione e gusto. La casa all’interno era pulitissima, molto carina e molto ben curata. Sono davvero contenta di aver scelto questo posto e sono sicura che tornerò da loro per festeggiare altre occasioni.

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at the Winemaker's villa, the house was equipped with everything we needed and the view and garden were just phenomenal. Communication with Adolf and Charlotte as well as Marta the house manager went wonderfully as well, it was simply a pleasure stay there :

Es ist ein fantastisches haus. Gut gepflegt und richtig gut ausgestattet. Perfekt für Gruppen. Viel Platz und eine wunderschöne Aussicht in die Landschaft. Viel schöner als auf den Bildern. Keiner von uns Gästen hatte jemals eine so gut ausgestattete airbnb Küche gehabt. Wir sind traurig dass unsere Ferien bereits wieder vorbei sind. Die Kommunikation mit Francesco funktionierte super. Vielen Dank Francesco wir hatten eine tolle Zeit.
