This spacious outdoor house with private entrance is located behind our house (on the other side of our rich garden). ♡ Living room with gas fireplace, cinema, kitchen with fridge/ combi oven/ kettle/ hob, bathroom with rain shower, a loft with double bed ♡ Spacious terrace with umbrella, garden furniture and a barbecue ♡ Sauna and hot tub for extra fee (€45) ♡ 15 minutes walk to The Hague Market (restaurants and shops) 10 minutes by car/ 15 minute bike ride to central Breda city center.

The Laughing Woodpecker

Our shepherd’s hut ‘De Lachende Specht’ is tucked away in the woods, offering peace and privacy. From here, you can walk or cycle straight into nature: to nearby sand dunes, lovely villages or wide open landscapes. The lively city of Breda is just 15 minutes by bike. The accommodation has a bathroom, cozy box bed and kitchenette. Enjoy the sounds of birds, playful squirrels and all the greenery around you. Unwind or head out and feel the energy of the outdoors – you’re in for a lovely stay!

Het huis heeft eigen toegang en wordt schoongemaakt volgens de Covid 19 voorschriften van air-bnb. Is ingericht voor maximaal twee personen. Zeer rustig gelegen in grote tuin van rijksmonument in centrum Breda. Begane grond 35 m2, verdieping met inpandig balkon 25 m2. Complete keuken en badkamer, zeer duurzaam gebouwd, zeer snelle wifi, moderne smart TV, alle winkels vlakbij en binnen 10 minuten ben je op de grote markt van Breda. Vrij parkeren op 5 minuten loopafstand. Optimale privacy!!!!

The Rozenboog

This unique accommodation is close to the bustling Breda and yet in the middle of nature. There is a separate entrance with a large private garden for you as a guest with an attractive covered outdoor room. You enter a hall where you will find a separate kitchen with all the necessities and a place where you can eat. The bedroom has a double bed, TV, WiFi and a separate sitting area. The bathroom has a shower. There are 2 bikes for you. We can serve breakfast in consultation for €10 pp.

Cozy studio in the outskirts of Hoeven

This lovingly furnished studio with its own entrance is suitable for a stay for two. The studio is also available for a longer term. The guest house is in a green recreation area. You will find the historic Oudenbosch and Hoeven 2 km away and in 20 minutes you will be in the centre of Burgundian Breda with plenty of restaurants. In addition to a king-size bed and a nice seat, the studio offers a beautiful green backyard where you can stay privately, plus a small terrace at the front.

Villa Forestier in Breda, top forest location

Villa Forestier, a beautiful villa situated in one of the oldest forests of the Netherlands. This atmospheric house is ideal for guests who are looking for a peaceful stay. Close to the charming center of Breda, Etten-Leur or Prinsenbeek. The forest, named Liesbos, has been owned by the royal family. They also used this place for the hunt. The cozy villa is equipped with a great garden surrounded by century-old oak trees. The villa is warmly decorated with a classic and modern style.

Tiny House: 'The Henhouse' in Geervliet

A lovely old (1935) Hen House is the basis of this little studio (Tiny House). It is self supporting and is situated in Geervliet, a lovely old little town, very near the beaches of Hellevoetsluis, Rockanje and Oostvoorne. Also the medieval city Brielle is very nearby. We also love to cook outside, and when you need a BBQ or even a wood oven to make your own pizza's!, it's there! Inside there is already different kinds of tea and filter coffee and a coffee machine ready to use.

Villa Bergvliet

Relax in fine Brabant? You can certainly do that in this sustainable holiday home overlooking the beautiful grounds of Landgoed Bergvliet, and that from your bed! In this natural environment you can enjoy several cycling and hiking routes. Or choose to spend a day relaxing at the luxurious SpaOne, which is around the corner. This, combined with a day spent in a bustling center? The clean Breda can offer you this at your fingertips. Come, enjoy and make yourself feel at home!

Cozy and private studio, 4.5 km from centre

Nice room with your own bathroom with shower and toilet. There's no real kitchen but there is a fridge and combination microwave. You have your own entrance and behind the room is a large public grass field you can use as your garden. After a 3-minute walk, you'll reach a few shops and the bus stop, from there the bus takes you in 22 minutes to the central station. Bicycles are not available anymore. Parking in the neighborhood is free and there's enough space.

Cozy stay in nature.

The house has just been properly renovated to serve as a resting place for you. To get away for a while. On the outskirts of Breda, 10 minutes by bike from the city center, and yet in the middle of amazing nature, close to the Mastbos, with several bike and hiking trails. The apartment overlooks the garden, where you can wade around, which in turn leads to the river "de Aa", where there is a sauna and you can swim. On a drizzly day, you can chat by the stove

(Upper) apartment or meeting place

This (upstairs)apartment can be a meeting place for a small group of people. Coffee and tea then included. In the fridge, for a fee, we cans/bottles of chilled alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Price list on fridge. The apartment is at the top of the stairs with a sliding door lockable from the lower floor with a button cylinder. It is a non-smoking and not a child friendly apartment. We prefer not to have pets. The bedroom is on the 2nd floor.
