On the terraces and the large courtyard, you can enjoy the sun or sit around the campfire in large groups. Direct neighbor is a family-run inn where you can stop for breakfast, lunch or dinner. This old barn has been transformed into an architectural experience through modern expansion. Over 250 square meters, two living areas, three enclosed bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub. Die Ferienwohnung ist in einer 120 Jahre alten Backstein-Remise. Sie hat freien Blick nach Süden ins Havelland. Im Erdgeschoss ist eine Wohnküche mit Schlafsofa, Terrasse und eigenem Garten. Im ersten Stock das Schlafzimmer, ein Balkon mit Panoramablick und das Badezimmer mit einladender Dusche. Fläche (ohne Aussenanlagen): 40qm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind im Preis inbegriffen. Das anliegende Loft (45 qm) kann dazu gemietet werden. Dort können 3 weitere Personen unterkommen.

Unsere erste Ferienwohnung befindet sich in der vorderen Hälfte des ehemaligen Kuhstalls. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich eine charmante Kücheninsel, der Ess- und Wohnbereich sowie das Badezimmer. Das Doppelbett im oberen Schlafbereich wird durch ein Einzelbett ergänzt, zusätzlich gibt es noch ein bequemes Schlafsofa für zwei (insgesamt 5 Schlafplätze). Unser zweiten Inserat, das Eulennest, befindet sich gleich daneben und kann dazu gebucht werden. Dann ist Platz bis zu 8 Personen.

We are happy to invite you to vacation with us in a cozy atmosphere and idyllic surroundings. Techentin is a small place in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Adjacent lakes, many fields and numerous forests characterize the picture here. The apartment has a natural garden that can be used and enjoyed. We provide 2 bikes for exploring the area. A grill is available. In the village, good home cooking is offered about 100 meters away.
