Very easy to get to from the train station in Fürstenberg – centrally located in the old town. Everything is close by... the Havel, the swimming spots, the shopping options, the hiking... Ideal for a short getaway or as an overnight stay during your canoe or bike tour. You can also enjoy breakfast in the courtyard. Important: You enter the loft via the inner courtyard. Stairs is steep. Toilet and hot water, yes – but there is only a kind of boat/camper shower available (so not for long showers :-))

The holiday home "Gute Stube" is part of the original farmhouse of the smallholding "Hufe 9". Just recently - and lovingly - renovated, this little gem now accommodates up to 4 guests in the middle of the outstanding natural beauty of the Mecklenburgische Seenplatte. The surrounding gardens are a work in progress. The property is quite large and you can always find a quiet and peaceful spot in the sun. The night sky is wonderful for star gazing. Up to 10 stork families nest in the village from April to August each year.

Our detached house is located on the southwestern edge of the city centre, near the lake, with swimming opportunities. It is about 5 km to Motorway 24. The bus (city line) stops every 20 minutes on weekdays about 200 metres away. There are no noisy businesses in the residential area. The cycle path network is well developed, and a restaurant is within walking distance, about 250 m away.
