We offer a nice vacation home in Franconian Switzerland. After our children moved out, we prepared the house, which is centrally located in a small town, for guests. Just a few meters away is a guest house (Wed + Thu closed) and a bakery in the neighboring village Thanks to the spacious and well-equipped kitchen, you can also cater for yourself well. The key handover takes place in person, which is why it would be nice if you could let us know your approximate time of arrival.

The garden invites you for breakfast, barbecue and relaxation, the direct surroundings for extensive hikes and bike tours.

With attention to detail, we have completely renovated this house, which is over 100 years old. We reused as much of the old materials as possible or worked with natural materials, such as clay plaster, furniture made of wood in our own construction, the sink was hand-potted by me and mounted on an old sewing machine frame. We live on a farm that was once actively managed. Today, only 3 Breton dwarf sheep and 4 chickens live with us on the farm. The central location close to almost all attractions in the area offers many advantages for guests. Nuremberg is about a 35-minute drive away.

You will be staying on a former farm with a listed, 400-year-old barn that we have lovingly renovated. You live on the first floor of the barn with a gable top. From there you have a wonderful view far into Franconian Switzerland. The apartment has two separate bedrooms, each with large double beds. The building complex has its own entrance with steep stairs.
