Monthly Rentals in Prescott Valley

We stayed for almost a week and it was perfect for our needs- quiet, close to town but in the pines, and very comfortable. Don and Helen are very kind and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay!

Natalie's place was sparkling clean and everything was brand new - with a well-stocked kitchen, nice layout, super comfortable bed, and a large modern walk-in shower with great water pressure. We were in town for a wedding and were close to the venue and were very comfortable with our infant. The laundry and streaming TV were a plus. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at “Dewey stay”. Barb is an excellent hostess. The house was adorable, clean & so comfortable. And in a very convenient location. You can even feed the nearby horses carrots she provides! Very quiet & beautiful atmosphere. I’d absolutely stay here again.

Ray was very accommodating and it was a nice short stay, as we were somewhat passing through. Is a great, quiet place to stay; I highly recommend! Thank you, Ray!
