Welcome to our quaint apartment nestled in the wooded area of Sweet Acres in Gorgeous Prescott, Arizona. This tranquil setting is sure to be conducive to rest, and renewal. Although it's a short 5-7 minutes from Downtown, It is a great place to retreat for some time away from the bustle of city life. It is a perfect stop for those weary from travel days. Given that we are in the woods, cell phone reception in the area can be spotty. However, wifi is strong and can be used for social media calls.

The Birds Nest is a 2 story loft.
The Bird's nest has a unique spiral staircase with decks on the front and back. Front room has a twin bed and a trundle bed. The living room and kitchen bar area is very open and full of light. The living room has a 55" flatscreen with a large sectional sofa. All new appliances, dishwasher, with every kitchen need you might have. Bathroom has full shower/tub and lots of storage area. Bedroom has queen bed and lots of dresser storage area. 32" flatscreen TV. A beautiful walk out 2 story deck.

Orchard Vacation Home
This pre-fab home was built in 1984, but completed an ultimate renovation in 2020. The home has central heating & air conditioning, plus two mini-splits to supplement. The home is only 1.5 miles from downtown, and is central to all Prescott attractions including the rodeo, lakes, hiking, museums, Whiskey Row, and shopping. As you can tell from the photos, the home has undergone a complete renovation with new drywall, flooring, kitchen and bathroom cabinets, doors, appliances and furniture.
