Nestled in a private quiet green canyon amidst trees, built into a cliff, the Treehouse is in the heart of Prescott's gorgeous Granite Dells. This rustic 3-room Treehouse is for the fit and adventurous! It's furnished with a dresser, desk, chairs and a comfortable queen futon bed. Seasonal (April - Oct), solarium-covered pool, pond, lawn and canyon trails. The Treehouse is open for bookings Apr 15 - Oct 31. There are no refunds for wildlife sightings or an inability to climb the winding steps.

The House Up the Hill has to 240 acres behind the home for y’all to explore. Our open concept living room that flows into the kitchen and dining area with a 2nd family room off the dining room is where y’all can spread out. 2 large screen Wi-Fi TV’s & games are available for your use. We have amenities for kiddos. 2 remote offices. Outdoor seating spaces & an gated backyard. Listen to the Pine trees sway in the wind. Trailer parking available. Nearby is Jerome, Sedona, and the Grand Canyon.

The Birds Nest is a 2 story loft.

The Bird's nest has a unique spiral staircase with decks on the front and back. Front room has a twin bed and a trundle bed. The living room and kitchen bar area is very open and full of light. The living room has a 55" flatscreen with a large sectional sofa. All new appliances, dishwasher, with every kitchen need you might have. Bathroom has full shower/tub and lots of storage area. Bedroom has queen bed and lots of dresser storage area. 32" flatscreen TV. A beautiful walk out 2 story deck.
