The place was beautiful and very cozy. All the amenities were as described with easy instructions on how to find the Cottage. I would definitely recommend staying here whenever you are visiting Prescott, you will not be disappointed!

What a special place! It was great to unplug at Rennie & Andrea’s place. The location is perfect, located really close to Sedona, Clarkdale and Cottonwood city center. I highly recommend this place, it felt very private and relaxing.

This was the most perfect getaway for my little solo mama trip! I was absolutely obsessed with the garden, all of the flowers and greenery around the property along with the picturesque mountains in the background while relaxing on the balcony was all I could ever ask for. Their pets were such a huge bonus! Lindsey cat greeted me when arrived and the doggos Cosmo and Elsie were the best to hike with! It was so fun watching them run through the property. HIGHLY recommend a garden tour and getting a massage from Andrea- I felt so relaxed physically and emotionally. During my stay I hiked Bell Rock Loop and had lunch with music, drinks and gorgeous views at Sip at 5600 in Pine- both drives were phenomenal getting there. Everything was very clean and orderly, the bed was super comfy a well. The wifi was enough for me to have entertainment on my tablet during down time. All in all, I would come back in a heartbeat!

Jessica's place was exactly as described. It is walking distance to so many things so the location was perfect for us. Jessica was great with instructions and recommendations of things to do. She has coffee and teas for her guests. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you Jessica!

Dary's place was wonderful. Very spacious and quiet, loved the patio and the view. The location was perfect, loved the view of the lights, and the koi pond. The property is well kept and very beautiful! Big kitchen, comfy beds, plenty of linens. Loved having the 2nd bedroom. Easy to get to most attractions in Prescott. Dave was super friendly as well, we felt very welcome. It was great meeting Cassie - the friendly "guard" dog too! We will definitely stay here again! Plan on visiting Prescott more, and Darcy's place had everything you need!

My husband and I stayed here for a couple nights to attend my cousin’s wedding and everything was great. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the bathroom was spacious. It was extremely close to the downtown area, within walking distance and only 15 minutes to the campground where my cousin got married so everything was ideal. Susanna even let us check out a little later than her scheduled time so that I could get ready for the wedding (I was a bridesmaid), so that was very kind of her. We would definitely stay here again!

My stay here was the perfect spot. 5 minutes from downtown and 15 minutes from lakes and hiking trails. Was a perfect spot for the 2 of us and was a beautiful small space. We liked the little thoughts like the coffee machine, chocolates, and snacks.

The little house was super cute and we did feel at home!! We didn’t realize how far from town (10-15min) we were but we are used to driving to town and loved the piece and quite of the country!! The property was beautiful and they had a little basketball court that we used that doubled as pickleball if you play!! If we were staying another long weekend we would definitely stay again!!

I had the BEST time staying with Gary and Suzanne in Prescott. Their guest house is beautiful and well-equipped with everything you could possibly need! There was a wonderful outdoor space for my puppy and gorgeous views all around. They are incredibly communicative and I appreciate how often they checked-in to make sure I had everything I needed. And as a bonus, Suzanne has an art studio just a few feet a way with incredible paintings and homemade glass artwork. She was kind enough to let me purchase some to take home with me as a memento! I am already looking for excuses to go back to Prescott JUST so I can stay with Gary and Suzanne again— thank you both for providing me with a home away from home!

We had such an amazing time staying at Aaron's place. It is just right to relax and enjoy Prescott. It's located in a quiet neighborhood, and it's in a area that it is easy to access places around Prescott. The decor is amazing and everything is so pristine and perfect. We spent a lot of time on the patio and our dog enjoyed laying on the sun . We loved everything about it and we would definitely stay here again!

The Carriage House was the perfect weekend getaway with my husband. The house and surroundings were beautiful. Laura has done a great job with all the extra touches. We loved the cozy living room with the fireplace and serene patio. The expresso maker was a nice touch too. ☕ We also enjoyed all the deer that walked through the woods in the morning. We highly recommend!

This house was perfect for a little getaway. Perfectly suited for two people! We loved the loft-style and the super cozy feeling. The hot tub was a great addition, as well!

We had a wonderful stay at Sonia‘s little cottage. It’s a beautiful, tucked away home in a beautiful neighborhood. We have absolutely no complaints. Everything was as described, and Sonia was very helpful and accommodating. Recommend anyone to stay in Sonia‘s home!

Ty and Tamara were amazing hosts. They communicated very thoroughly and clearly. We didn’t get to spend a whole lot of time at their place due to the nature of our trip, but it was a very nice and relaxing place to come back to after both days. It was very clean and cozy, the bed was comfy and it was overall very peaceful. We hope to come back and stay for longer to fully enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

Todd and Donna were very gracious hosts. The home was extremely clean comfortable and well furnished. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed. Excellent WIFI and a Laundry. Private parking next to the home. The location is convenient to restaurants, grocery stores and other nearby services. We would definitely stay here again this is definitely a 5 star home.

I'd give this property 6 stars if I could. If privacy, beautiful surroundings yet less than 10 minutes to downtown sounds good, then this might be a great place to stay for you. I actually had a lot of work to do during my 2 month stay and found the office conducive to working --- a nice surprise for me, anyway. Also, as one that enjoys cooking, there's a complete well stocked kitchen. I feel I was lucky to stay here; it was a great experience.

This was such a great place to stay!!! The house had everything we could possibly need—it was well-stocked, clean, and beautifully decorated. The location was super convenient, close to stores and the freeway. We loved that it was completely separate from the main house, which gave us a true sense of privacy and our own space. We stayed for five days and enjoyed every minute. Violet was a fantastic host, and we will definitely stay here again!

Mike & Kelly were amazing hosts! I loved the privacy of the cottage and the close proximity to so many things around Prescott. My family and I will definitely be back to visit. I thoroughly enjoyed the Western theme and the artwork in the house.

Stayed at this property for the month of March 2025. I had a fantastic stay. The unit is comfortable but yet homely. The place is very spacious with a huge, very comfortable, bed and walk in closet. Kitchen was well stocked and equipped with everyday needed kitchenware and is very roomy. The living area is large with a 70' TV! Was very comfortable and enjoyable. Parking is simple with extremely easy access to and from the rental. The location is great and very close (but not too close) to downtown Prescott. Overall, had a great month stay at this property and would definitely do it again if the opportunity arises!

Marian was truly an outstanding hostess! When I arrived, the cottage was squeaky clean, which I always appreciate. The cottage matched the photos exactly. Marian was warm and welcoming and always made herself available to me when I needed help with anything. The only problem I had was with the Internet signal, which she did her best to improve. Her dog, Shiloh, was a cutie pie!
