Creek side Cabin. 1.5 miles to downtown Prescott

Our creek side cabin was a Bunkhouse for worker housing when there was a sawmill on this site in 19th Century Prescott. The unique bunkhouse-style floor plan is about all that is left of those days -- you will stay where the mill workers lived. They shared a bathroom (now, that's all yours) that opens out to the yard, as do all the rooms. Access to the bathroom is through the bedroom. . Drive up early, check in at noon, and enjoy lunch on Whiskey Row!. Note. Bunkhouse ceiling height is 7 feet.

This pre-fab home was built in 1984, but completed an ultimate renovation in 2020. The home has central heating & air conditioning, plus two mini-splits to supplement. The home is only 1.5 miles from downtown, and is central to all Prescott attractions including the rodeo, lakes, hiking, museums, Whiskey Row, and shopping.
