There is direct access to the outdoor seating area, where you can enjoy the salt water jacuzzi hot tub, the glass firepit, and BBQ grill.

Our home is centrally located on nearly an acre. You will be a 5 to 15 minute drive from all the fun activities you may want to enjoy, including downtown fun, hiking, kayaking, mountain biking, etc. and very close to the local airport and ERAU. You'll have your own entrance to your living space where you can sip your favorite beverage on the quaint patio or read by the open window in your bedroom seating area and listen to the wide variety of birds that frequent our quiet neighborhood.

My-Hers Place! King bed 3 miles to downtown.

This unique wood structure house has three levels. Each level has it's own entrance, deck and living quarters (we reside on the very top). Long-term tenants live on the middle floor. It has mature pine trees and other shade trees surrounding the deck to keep it cool in the summer and beautiful during cooler months. Just three miles to Whiskey Row there is easy access to trails, hiking, kayaking, parks, restaurants, night life, colleges, museums and many more attractions in the area.

The Ranchero

Ranch style house with lots of charm as it was built in the 40's. This unique duplex guest suite offers a single bedroom with a king sized bed and a full bath. The backyard offers a place to relax with dog runs negotiable. This guest suite is located approximately 6 miles out beautiful Williamson Valley road and is across from Granite Mountain trail head on national forest which has miles of trails for hiking and mountain biking. Historical downtown Prescott is a short drive away.

Oak Knoll B&B

We're a boutique B&B less than 3 miles to the Court House Square yet you feel like you're in the middle of the woods. Breakfast is served each day upstairs in our dinning room partially provided by our chickens. We are pet friendly there is a $30 pet fee per booking due to additional cleaning please be sure to include your pet when reserving. You will have a private fenced yard with grass and a covered outside sitting area for you to relax and enjoy.
