Cosy Cornish Woodland Retreat

Escape reality in this thoughtfully converted Woodland retreat, in the renowned and secluded 40 acre Pendarves bluebell woods. Near the historic mining town of Camborne, we are a short 20 minute walk from the mainline train station (6 by taxi). A plentiful supply of local attractions, reached most easily by those with their own vehicle. St Ives (13 miles), Falmouth (15 miles), Penzance (20 miles). Sadly we do not allow pets and due to the nature of the site, it is not wheelchair friendly.

Welcome to our family home—grade II cottage in Praze an Beeble. The village has a pub, famous ‘Philps Pasty’ shop & post office/shop, open 7am-7pm. A short walk to Clowance estate to eat. We’re ideally located between north & south coasts, 15 minutes to Hayle’s sandy beaches, historic Porthleven for foodies or St Michael’s Mount. The house has smart TV, board games, beach toys & coolbox. The garden has a tranquil stream, outdoor BBQ/fire pit Bedding/towels supplied. 2 off-road parking space

Bolitho Barton is a historic farmstead in the wild centre of the peninsula, yet within easy reach of both the north and south coastlines. The Annexe is a cosy modern space adjoined to the old farmhouse, with its own conservatory and garden. There is an open-plan kitchen/dining/sitting room and an additional spacious conservatory which can be used for dining or just as another sitting area. The two bedrooms can be arranged as a twin room and a king-size double, or as two king-size doubles.

Enjoy a tranquil holiday in our self-contained apartment set in a rural location. Suitable for a couple or small family.
