MAIN HOUSE IS NOT TO BE DISTURBED. This is a converted shed that is detached from the main house. It is a tiny house of 144 sq. feet. It has a built-in twin bed and a loveseat that converts into a twin bed. True tiny space of 144 sq ft. Full bath/closet. Suggestion: if 2 are staying here make sure you like each other A LOT. Shower house (hot water - towels not provided) and toilets (with plumbing) are detached and a short walk from cabin. Rental includes use of outdoor pavilion. There is another cabin available for rental that sleeps 6. Rental includes sheets/pillows/blankets, you will need towels/toiletries/charcoal.

The Razorback Greenway is right behind our house, and 15 minutes from the Back 40 trails. Bikes can safely be stored in the garage. Other local amenities less than 10 minutes away include the 8th Street Market, AMP, Crystal Bridges, and the Pinnacle Mall.
