The stay was great, despite some periods of rain in the days we were, we were able to enjoy a lot. The place is very quiet, the house very comfortable. A Thaiane always helpful and attentive, left us a treat of welcome. They were very good days of rest and family. Gratitude 🙏🏻❤️

I loved the stay. Home very clean and like the pictures. Small enclosed backyard, where my puppy can be free and at ease. Cris and Rodrigo welcomed me very well, and I intend to return soon. Capri Beach is very close, and with calm waters and a lot of tranquility. 10 for everything!

Great, spacious and cozy house! Large rooms, excellent outdoor area, good location, very quiet place. Great for bringing family, friends and pets. The owner of the house always serving and assisting us when necessary! We highly recommend it!

I have no words for the house! True to the ad, even better. We were surprised by the site, a 2 min walk to the best part of the beach, a fully equipped house, all very clean and well taken care of. Kitchen with everything you need, extremely clean linens and bathrooms. Not to mention Viviani, what a wonderful human being, of light. More than a hostess, she cares about all the details, super helpful, super flexible. We will definitely come back more often!

Firstly, I would like to thank Tarso for giving its space, a piece of paradise in Itapoá, a beautiful and cozy house, with a garden with trees, we enjoy a lot, just 40/50 steps you are on the beach. Tarso was super gentle and gave a little chic to my baby he loved, all the afternoon naps went there. I recommend and will be back as soon as possible!

Execelnte stay. The place was very clean and all good quality. The house is in a quiet place and at the same time close to everything that is needed. The beach is quiet and good for bathing. Roseli was very kind and attentive to respond. Great place, recommend!

We had a great time with the family. The accommodation is in a privileged place as shown in the photos of the listing, comfortable, clean, safe, we had sheets and towels to change. All the elements for the beach. Away from the noise, a few kilometers from the supermarket and other beaches with more nightlife. Dattero was always in touch to ask if we needed anything. A place to go back to and recommend without a doubt !!!

Clean and organized place. The house is identical to the photos, with new and modern furniture. Fully equipped house. The leisure area is perfect. I just found it far from the beach… to take chairs and umbrellas, it's better to go by car. The beach location near the house is very quiet, with no restaurants and street vendors serving the beach. Pri is a sweetheart and answers questions very quickly.

Nice apartment! it's the 4th time we rented in this Residential!!! First time in Gabrielle's depto, which has everything indicated in the listing! The best thing is that it is on the ground floor and you don't have to go up and down stairs, parking very fair for trucks! Gabrielle was super attentive and was quick to respond to my concerns !!!

Excellent place, great location, we do not need to take the car out of the garage for nothing, besides, the apartment is in the back which saves us from the noise of the street, it is on the ground floor which is great because we do not need to carry heavy bags upstairs, saves a lot of effort and has a lot of privacy. The beds are really good, the air works really well and saved us, as we catch very hot days. The kitchen is great, catering very well and the utensils are new. We really like it and plan to come back more often.

Excellent! Beautiful, clean and well organized apartment, close to everything. Unique reservation is for a led hose that sits under the kitchen counter, the tip was loose and my boy got a shock, it was only the scare, but it's good to be careful with young children.

It was amazing, my first time in an app stay, very attentive host, clean and cozy atmosphere, and great location, I highly recommend ♥️
