Our stay was sensational, all very clean and organized, the place corresponds 100% with the photos! The very complete apartment has everything you need. Exceptional host André, very flexible and helpful. We felt at home.

We really enjoyed your stay! The house is amazing, super comfortable, spacious and very charming! The pool area is very nice and the view from the second floor to the sea is beautiful. Regiane was very responsive, gave us local tips and was very responsive to our questions. With crtza we would come back more fines times!

The township as soon as I entered and saw the view I was delighted. Just like in the photos, the place is beautiful, comfortable and the affection with which the space has always been treated is noticeable, which made it very easy to feel at home. André was incredible, always responded quickly, proved 100% available and received us with great sympathy, showing all the apt and giving excellent local tips to make the most of it. The property is located next to the Fort. Very quiet and tree-lined place, full of birds and a few meters from Forte beach. Beach clean and calm, good to rest and spend the day with family. There are markets, bakery, fish shop, pharmacy, restaurants near the residence. The house was very tidy and clean, this being another highlight of our review. The kitchen is rich in utensils and complete for the stay. Would recommend!

Perfect location for those who want to go to Praia do Forte. A few minutes away (by car) from supermarkets. We had very hot days (which was great for summer), but since there was no air-conditioning in the living room, we had a bit of heat. Nothing that hindered the great stay we had. We recommend Loreana's home and think about coming back to the new season next summer.

It was an excellent choice of this house, we came with family (10 people) and our stay was great, everything was very clean and tidy, the house is 500m as it says in the listing, just go straight and it will be in Prainha that is the beach that we like to go the most. Fábio was very kind and helpful from check in to check out. It was definitely worth it, great cost-benefit, we intend to go back 🙏😃

Our stay was very good and peaceful. The house has a well, so we don't run out of water any day. The house is very cozy and has everything we needed. Dona Lídia e Fabrício (Dona Lídia e Fabrício), very attentive and helpful. My only recommendation would be to put a body mirror and if possible a wifi, because the city was full, the phone signal was not working.

we spent great moments despite the rain. He just left wanting the TVs that only work on YouTube says the subscription is expired , but overall everything was wonderful. We will be back for sure. Mr. Eduardo very attentive.

Back to Casa 7 was, once again, an amazing experience. This is our second year in a row and we already plan to return. We were my wife, my son, my parents, my brother, my sister-in-law, my aunt, my grandmother and a friend. Last year we were 12 people, and the house offers real comfort for that number. It has five en-suite bedrooms, spacious and comfortable spaces, and the best - your backyard is the beach! I go straight out to the sea, something unique. This year we loved the renovation of the quincho and grill, it was beautiful. Every year we see improvements, and that speaks to the commitment of Sayonara, the host, who takes care of every detail. The house meets and exceeds what it promises. We had beautiful days, full of peace, laughter and unforgettable moments as a family. Casa 7 is already part of our best memories.

Mr. Sherman's place is fantastic, all very well organized. Table and bath linen helped us a lot. House without any problems, everything working normal, very well equipped kitchen. I would like to thank Mr. Sherman's attention, always quick to answer the messages and answer questions. Indico for everyone his house, we have nothing to complain about! I hope I can rent more often. Remember that there are 5 suites, super difficult to find a house or apartment like this. Each one with its bedroom and its bathroom is wonderful. The house is huge and super functional. Very, very comfortable and with quality touches. The rooms are very spacious and all have air conditioning. ALL the utensils were there, NOTHING was missing. I would say that there was more than enough, you could cook whatever you wanted..!!! On the days we were there it was very hot and humid, an air conditioner in the living-dining room would have been appreciated. We managed with fans anyway. A car repair would also have been useful, although this is common to the entire complex. Note that these last two paragraphs are suggestions and in no way tarnish the final score, which is 10/10. Very satisfied!!

I stayed at the house with my family and friends and had a very pleasant experience. It is a patio house, of older style, but in perfect conditions of use, extremely functional and offers a wide variety of utensils – pots, cutlery, glasses, glasses and even barbecue equipment. It is excellent especially for large groups. The rooms are spacious and well accommodate families or groups of friends. They are a suite and three additional bedrooms, one of which has two bunk beds, ideal for children or larger groups. The outdoor area is wide, perfect for children to play safely, as well as offering space for indoor parking. Another strong point is the proximity of the beach, with easy access you are already in the sand. In addition, there are options of restaurants, bars and markets nearby. The property has a shared outdoor area next to it, with a swimming pool, barbecue area, net space and beach items.
