Vinícios was extremely attentive, making my experience even more special. The Caiçara district is a true haven of tranquility, with a warm atmosphere and perfect for pleasant walks while enjoying the sea breeze. The always inviting beach complements the relaxing atmosphere of the place. The building has an amazing place for pets, providing moments of fun for our four-legged companions. In addition, the air-conditioned pool is a great differential, ideal for relaxing in the late afternoon after a day at the beach. Every detail contributed to a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I just loved it!

The apartment is excellent, we didn't have any problems! The condominium has a Great structure with swimming pools and toy library besides being next to the beach , and having beach service, which for me was very important to have ! This beach is a delight few waves , and cleans! We'll come back again ! Thank you Ruth for the service

Amazing. The view is splendid. The apto is too beautiful and super comfortable. The whole area of the apartment we were able to enjoy, swimming pool, space for children... Best place we ever stayed. The Super Gentle Host. We really want to stay two more days, but it's already booked. hahaha Let's go back and recommend it for sure.

The panoramic view of the cove is amazing and you can not see from the photo because it would need video, more than 5km of beach, the feeling is to fly over…the apartment was impeccable and very organized and comfortable…I will host again for sure

The listing exactly matches the listing being most beautiful in person. Apartment with excellent infrastructure, incredible and wide view. The only point is that the circulation inside the building is a bit complicated and difficult to access, and we get lost several times. Outside that the apartment is wonderful .

I have no words to describe my stay at Carnival 2025, the summary in just one WONDERFUL WORD 😍🙏 The apartment is beautiful and exactly the same as the photos and even better. Extremely clean, wide, airy and comfortable. What is presented as leisure in the condominium is unparalleled, all perfect and unbelievable, I felt at home. The location of the building is astonishing, everything around us, supermarkets, malls, restaurants, fast food, cinema and the main beach, which is wonderful, clean and safe, at least I felt that way during my stay. Everything was perfect

My family and I had a great weekend in the house. Renata is a great host, as is the home host Neide. Everything was as in the pictures, had all the equipment and utensils mentioned in the ad and the house was impeccable, until the barbecue that was usually not so clean, was very clean. The house is beautiful, the weather forecast for the weekend was not very sunny, so on the eve Renata called me and offered an additional pool heating service, which was great and we were able to enjoy a lot, access to the condominium was also super quiet because our names were already at the entrance, the house is close to the beach, so in one of the moments when the sun came out, we could also walk a little contemplating the beach. Absolutely nothing complaining about, everything worked very well.

I stayed at Adriano's house for my bachelorette party and it was just perfect! The accommodation is far beyond what the photos show — spacious, cozy and with a wonderful energy. The house is a delight! We had full flexibility at check-in and check-out, which made all the difference, and the communication with the host was clear, quick and super kind. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

The house is just wonderful! Super comfortable, air-conditioned in every room, which made our stay even better. The swimming pool is great, well taken care of, and the barbecue is top, perfect for enjoying with family and friends. Everything very clean, organized and the way we were waiting for. The host was super attentive and easy to communicate with. We definitely want to go back again!
