Beach condo holiday rentals in Praia Grande

Our experience at Lorenzo's apartment was excellent! The property is super cozy, well equipped and very clean — exactly as in the pictures. The location is one of the great highlights: the condominium is literally in front of the beach, which made our days even more enjoyable. Also, the environment is safe, quiet and ideal for resting. Lorenzo was a caring and helpful host from the first contact, always ready to help. We would definitely go back and highly recommend the stay!

For 3 years in a row, staying in this apartment because I have a lot of confidence in Ricardo and because I really feel at home. The concierge staff are very receptive, the location is great, there is no noise, you can walk on the boardwalk at any time, there is a Carrefour 24 hours nearby, weekend fair, Borelli ice cream shop. I think we are in a privileged part of Praia Grande being there.

Amazing. The view is splendid. The apto is too beautiful and super comfortable. The whole area of the apartment we were able to enjoy, swimming pool, space for children... Best place we ever stayed. The Super Gentle Host. We really want to stay two more days, but it's already booked. hahaha Let's go back and recommend it for sure.

Quiet place, simple and comfortable apartment, quiet place in good region.

To begin, I have to say that Alice was extremely understanding and is an excellent host. The apartment is huge! Much larger than can be repaired by photos. The extremely smelling bath towels. The impeccable beds, each with a keep and bedding. In addition to the other things, the loft is to be congratulated. The ap is on the 10th floor and has all the windows screened. The staff of the super gentle condominium as well. The location is very good, close to bars, restaurants, markets, ice cream shops and foot in the sand. We like it a lot and I'm excited to be back soon.

Sandra's apartment is amazing and would recommend with her eyes closed. It is complete and close to everything we lack nothing, extremely cozy. I intend to come back more often, the view from the balcony is beautiful. All electros and utensils work perfectly. Rosangela was super attentive and quickly responded... The apartment has a special view of the sea and an island, we passed New Year's Eve 2024 there and the fireworks display seen from the balcony of the apartment on the 27 floor surprised us... It was very nice the week we spent there.
