Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Praia Grande

The Host. She is incredible of clear and flexible communication, my family and I were safe and quiet in the house. Positive points: Large and spacious house, this is less than 200 meters from the beach has a gourmet and average car space at most one Jepp Renegade, spacious rooms we are accommodated and happy for the school, would return for sure. Improving points: The house has a lot of light switch and is a little lost, after all, if I remember correctly there are almost 20 lamps in the living room and dining room, or point is that it deserves to be cleaner, in the utensils the fridge stake with the rubbers with dirt and the gourmet area was a lot of fat dirt. In the room next to the kitchen made a strange noise, I saw that there were some machines that might be feeding something from the house. The 360⁰ cameras disturbs a little in terms of privacy. Me and my family would return without a doubt.

The house is huge, with cozy and well decorated environments. Everything clean and beautiful as in the photos. Many bathrooms and plenty of space for everyone in the house. Everyone was very accommodating. It only needs attention with noise after 22h, due to the condominium rules.

Célio was kind and attentive from the first contact and always responded very quickly to all my messages (which were not few). The house is very beautiful and wide and has everything for a great stay! Pleasant common areas, rooms and functional bathrooms. The only detail to be observed is about the air conditioning of the ground floor room that was not in operation and the temperatures were very high - which ended up making guests in it impossible. Otherwise it was impeccable, I recommend the house and the host! Thank you..

I really liked the house , its location , close to the beach .Algo that marked me a lot was that when we got to the refrigerator it was not freezing the bottom , just the freezer , this on Saturday ; the other day, Adriana and her husband , Rafael , took another brand-new refrigerator, we debuted it rsrs , and the free market delivered a new microwave that they bought ....this was very striking.

Quiet stay and very good environment for those who want to spend a weekend as a family, host very much requests and clear in the instructions ! We'll be back for sure ☺️☺️

The house is wonderful, it exceeded my expectations, it's super cozy. Cibele is a lovely person, very easy to communicate. I and my family will definitely be back.

Excellent place super recommend, I rented it for Mother's Day and it was the best deal I made, game room, two kitchens, pool, courts and the children's playground, we rented the weed on the outside, impeccable spaces. We love the environment, the super helpful host has helped us through everything we need.

The host is great... always answered clearly... the house has all the necessary utensils... iron... electric fireplace... the mattresses are soft, not those hard ones... the house is the same as the listing... clean pool... with the option to heat it if you want for an extra cost... the location is not so close to the beach to carry a cooler with a child, you will need a car... on the beach there are no nearby huts at least on the days we were there... I don't know if it's because we went during the week, the beach is super quiet... if you're looking for action you'll have to walk like we did... otherwise everything is in order... we really enjoyed the stay...

Thiago answered quickly and always gave me support, very nice and comfortable apartment. We did not drive but we were able to do with uber and also ape (15/20min to the beach), but we were talking and it was great! Thanks Thiago, I'll come back more often
