The house is all we see in the photos! Spectacular Outdoor Space. Great to enjoy with a large group as all comforts/amenities are super spacious. I recommend the house for both family and group of friends.

A Estádia was very good, we were well welcomed, we arrived early in the city and we were able to enter the house before the agreed, when we needed to talk to the hosts everything went well, very helpful, only point is that the neighborhood is in a region of easy flooding, in rainy times it can take the risk of wagging, it happened to us, and the people in the region said they were already used to, we were worried but there was no loss, and when we came into contact with Alex, he was worried and solved the problems, sent the fish to clean in the morning, at least nothing more. Home in a great location, private, flexible check in, communication with Victoria is quick to return. It was one of the best Airbnb I've hosted since they deliver standard hotel cleanliness and hygiene (which should be the standard for all hosting but unfortunately is rare). The house is very wide and I was able to spend moments together with the family but at the same time with enough space for each one to have their privacy. Guaiuba beach is delicious, surrounded by greenery, barely resembling an urban beach. Voltaria without a doubt.

The days we spent in Silvia's space were wonderful, the condominium in addition to being very beautiful has a great structure as described in the listing. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The location is excellent, I dare say that the best of Enseada Beach. we will come back again and again.

Second time in the space of Antônio, I only have compliments to do. Near the Tude Bastos bus station, one block from the beach, great restaurants nearby, you don't need a car for nothing. The Host offers beach items, which makes it much easier. All great, I recommend.

My stay was very good. Apartamento exatamemte as announced. The differentials were the parking space in the garage, which is not rotating, as well as the check-in and check-out times. It's close to bakery, restaurant and mall. We plan to go back.

Our experience at Lorenzo's apartment was excellent! The property is super cozy, well equipped and very clean — exactly as in the pictures. The location is one of the great highlights: the condominium is literally in front of the beach, which made our days even more enjoyable. Also, the environment is safe, quiet and ideal for resting. Lorenzo was a caring and helpful host from the first contact, always ready to help. We would definitely go back and highly recommend the stay!

The panoramic view of the cove is amazing and you can not see from the photo because it would need video, more than 5km of beach, the feeling is to fly over…the apartment was impeccable and very organized and comfortable…I will host again for sure
