Holiday rentals with a sauna in Praia do Tombo

Fernando, Fátima and Eva were super attentive and helpful from the beginning, making our stay even more special. The roof is beautiful, exactly as in the pictures, with the differential of a simply flawless view! All very well equipped, with pool and barbecue area perfect for leisure time. The condominium is excellent: super safe, well structured, very well located, pet friendly (differential for us) and with extremely kind employees. It was, without a doubt, the best investment for rest days. We will definitely be back soon and recommend with our eyes closed.

Our stay was perfect and exceeded all expectations! The apartment is amazing, super cozy and very well located. A Nathalia and Mr. Elizeu were exceptional, super caring and kind hosts. Condomínio is super complete, with an exceptional structure and with extremely educated employees. Everything cooperated so that the stay was impeccable. I recommend too much and I hope to return soon.

The place was spotless and very well maintained — cleaning was done daily. I slept like a baby thanks to the comfortable mattress, blackout curtains, and the surprising quiet despite being close to the road. At night, all I could hear were the calming ocean waves. Parking is available 24 hours for just R$15. Everyone was very polite, and communication with Arnaldo was fast and attentive. I truly felt at home. The shower was excellent as well. Highly recommended!

The apartment is very practical and extremely clean (which counts a lot). The building has a very useful gallery of shops and services on the ground floor and a garage with free valet service in the basement (very convenient). Luciana was very cordial and kind, very clear about the house rules, which makes your stay easier and faster. The location is excellent for walking and going to the beach. Everything is great!!!

We really enjoyed the stay and all the hospitality of the hosts. Well-located space and building, with restaurants, bakeries and markets nearby. Close to the main beaches of Guarujá and Centro. I recommend it to those who want to get out of their routine.

Simply perfect! The apartment is impeccable — extremely clean, well decorated and with everything working perfectly. The facilities are great, with a well-equipped kitchen, super comfortable bed and air-conditioned rooms. But the highlight, without a doubt, is the view of the sea: breathtaking! Waking up to that landscape was a privilege. Communication with Andressa was also excellent, always attentive and available. I would definitely go back and strongly recommend!

It was all right, exactly as in the pictures and Eva is very kind, made everyone feel at home.

We come to Guarujá once a year and this was the first time that renting a property exceeded our expectations. The house is spectacular and well located. Clean, with clean and fragrant bed linen. The outdoor space is great, with a heated pool that's warm all the time. Barbecue, of course, couldn't be missed. And what about Renata? Simply very polite, helpful to clarify all possible information quickly. And finally, I'll say something about Neide. A wonderful and super special person, who Renata recommended to cook for us. She prepared delicious dishes, side dishes for the barbecue, cakes and breakfast, she always took great care when setting the table. My family and our little daughter are amazed by her, and her attention and affection for us. Oh, and there's also your lovely daughter, “Juju” who came to help us take care of our daughter. Super attentive and responsible. I highly recommend EVERYTHING and EVERYONE. 🤩😍

I stayed at Adriano's house for my bachelorette party and it was just perfect! The accommodation is far beyond what the photos show — spacious, cozy and with a wonderful energy. The house is a delight! We had full flexibility at check-in and check-out, which made all the difference, and the communication with the host was clear, quick and super kind. The house is great, large, well furnished and equipped. All very clean with high quality sheets and towels. The condominium is equipped with a swimming pool, full gym and courts. The condominium's security is another highlight. The condominium is part of the Jequitimar Hotel complex, so we were able to take advantage of the hotel's beach structure (suns, chairs, towels, etc.) in addition to the hotel's pools. The host is attentive and quick to answer questions. Spotless experience. Highly recommend.
