My stay was simply wonderful! From the first contact, the host was extremely attentive, cordial and helpful, always willing to make sure everything was perfect for our arrival. The apt is charming, spacious, well-equipped and very cozy, with a breathtaking view: facing the sea, providing incredible moments, especially at dawn and dusk. The sound of the waves and the breeze of the sea made the experience even more relaxing. I also highlight the reception of all the staff of the apartment, who welcomed us with sympathy and care, making us truly feel at home. Without a doubt, it was an unforgettable stay and I intend to return soon. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

Great stay!! The apartment was neatly clean and organized. Very comfortable and equipped according to the announcement, had everything we needed. The building is very well located and close to the beach... just cross the avenue. The concierge Ronaldo was always very attentive, as well as the other employees. In spite of the rain of the fds, we took the opportunity to wander through everything, and the best, without taking the car out of the driveway. Maria Neide was always available and requested, and also made our check-in more flexible. It was a wonderful experience. We'll be back for sure!!

The apartment is very well located, with a spectacular view of the exit of the canal and the bay of Santos...one of the best views I have ever had the pleasure to witness. The affective decoration, with a rustic flair, provided us with warmth and comfort. The host has always attended to us promptly and with great kindness! It was awesome!!! Passeis a few days with my family and the experience was surreal. The apartment is simply perfect, you look like you're at sea. From sunrise to sunset, everything was perfect. The apartment was very clean and is exactly like in the pictures. The place is very close to the beach and the shops. The staff of the building were also very nice with my family. About Walmy, he was from the very first moment very kind and super attentive. He's a great host! We had incredible family moments and we'll be back for sure. I highly recommend!!!

Our stay was amazing, very close to the beach, supermarket, restaurant, ice cream parlor, bakery and several establishments. Douglas is the very attentive condominium doorman. The house was clean and organized. Strong point: air-conditioning, water filter and proximity to the beach. We will definitely be back and I recommend it to my friends and family.

House exactly like photo. It had towels, pillows, and bedding. The only thing that I was surprised was the housekeeper living in the residence, even if it is a separate room he has full access to the house, it didn't get in the way of anything, but I think this is missing in the description of the listing. Anyway only praise the house, to improve only the pool being heated kkkkkk but they are mere details that did not hinder our stay at all. Extremely hot and strong shower, wanted to bring him away. We will definitely come back more often. I was even afraid to be a coup, but it's real people are worth it and we are already programmed for the next one!!!

This is the third time we have stayed with Roseli and the experience is always excellent.

At first we received entertainment tips in the city, were flexible with chek-in and chek-out, left even an afternoon coffee prepared for us, extremely careful! It has a beach near the house, but it is a fishing beach, so we chose to go in others nearby (about 20 minutes drive away). About the house, everything was very clean and organized, Mara gave us instructions on how we should handle each item. The house has two bedrooms and both have air conditioning, fan and bathroom, the second bedroom has 4 bunk beds and does not have much space to put bags, but about the size we expected, in the photo of to get a sense. There are 3 bathrooms in the house, which is great for those who go in group. The garage coube 3 cars, but 2 were small, there was no room left for passage because there are some plants that get in the way. Overall, there are many leisure options! All quiet, it was very nice our stay. Attentive and concerned hosts about the well-being of the home.

Amazing. The view is splendid. The apto is too beautiful and super comfortable. The whole area of the apartment we were able to enjoy, swimming pool, space for children... Best place we ever stayed. Great place for trips with family or friends! Good location, wide balcony and in front of the waterfront, just cross the street! Well equipped kitchen, airy, large rooms, excellent option to spend days in Guarujá! I went with children and adults and I only have good points! The host responds whenever necessary during the stay!

The apartment is great, it is in a great location and the condominium is a dream, the pools are great, it has a gym, a spa and everything always very organized. Sidnei, always responded quickly and made clear all the check-in steps. As a suggestion for improvement, I leave a few points: - Having floor cloths (for the bathroom mainly), bed and bath linens would also be an extra cool. - Warn before about the availability of SmartTV, which was not working during our stay.
