Upon arriving at the apartment, I found a clean, organised and cosy place. The dining table was set with cups for coffee, and there were complimentary espresso capsules in the Dolce Gusto coffee maker. In the bedroom, there were washed and packed face and bath towels, as well as a blanket. The view from this place is incredible, really cinematic. The neighborhood is safe and is next to Santos, providing many walks and places to visit. Communication with them was clear from check-in to checkout, they pay attention to answering questions. I'll definitely come back more often

My daughter and I stayed again this year and we just love it here. Breathtaking view of all of Santos and very well located, w market, beach, and quick walk to the Gonzaga. Thank you for a lovely stay again and always being kind. Until next year... beijos

Apartment with spectacular location. Breakfast served on weekends (paid separately) is sufficient and very pleasant. Condominium with a great leisure area, swimming pools with water at a pleasant temperature, attentive staff. The apartment is exactly as in the photos, I would return again with peace of mind.

Very good location, I liked that it is right in front of the beach. The building has a vintage atmosphere that contrasts with modern details such as the digital lock on the door. Super nice and quiet, I highly recommend it.

To begin, I have to say that Alice was extremely understanding and is an excellent host. The apartment is huge! Much larger than can be repaired by photos. The extremely smelling bath towels. The impeccable beds, each with a keep and bedding. In addition to the other things, the loft is to be congratulated. The ap is on the 10th floor and has all the windows screened. The staff of the super gentle condominium as well. The location is very good, close to bars, restaurants, markets, ice cream shops and foot in the sand. We like it a lot and I'm excited to be back soon.

Celso's apartment exceeded expectations. The location is great, with easy access to restaurants and transportation, and the building is quiet. The space is clean, well decorated and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Celso was a thoughtful host and responded quickly to all my questions. Simply perfect! The apartment is impeccable — extremely clean, well decorated and with everything working perfectly. The facilities are great, with a well-equipped kitchen, super comfortable bed and air-conditioned rooms. But the highlight, without a doubt, is the view of the sea: breathtaking! Waking up to that landscape was a privilege. Communication with Andressa was also excellent, always attentive and available. I would definitely go back and strongly recommend!

I stayed 1 week and didn't take my car out of the garage, I did absolutely everything on foot, and I found the location very safe too. Even more so because I was alone. Noble point of Santos. I'll be back for sure!
