House exactly like photo. It had towels, pillows, and bedding. The only thing that I was surprised was the housekeeper living in the residence, even if it is a separate room he has full access to the house, it didn't get in the way of anything, but I think this is missing in the description of the listing. Anyway only praise the house, to improve only the pool being heated kkkkkk but they are mere details that did not hinder our stay at all. Extremely hot and strong shower, wanted to bring him away. We will definitely come back more often. I was even afraid to be a coup, but it's real people are worth it and we are already programmed for the next one!!!

Reginaldo's house is wonderful, an excellent place to rest, the neighborhood is very quiet, safe. The house is beautiful, everything was in order, the number of rooms( all suite) facilitated the distribution among the family. The place was a surprise. The location is scary at first, but as Rodrigo said, it's a very quiet neighborhood. Besides having a lot of convenience nearby and the people are great. Rodrigo was very solicitous, fast and effective in his communication. It was really worth it, especially for Enseada beach, which is very close, clean and comfortable. The only improvement is that I didn't feel so much privacy, because the upstairs house is very accessible and areas are shared. Of course, it was great.

The accommodation in Anderson's space was perfect. The place is clean, pleasant, practical and functional. Communication was smooth and Anderson was very helpful. I recommend the space. As I did not go for leisure, I cannot inform you about it. In addition, everything I needed.

We went as a family, just me, my wife and my one-year-old son, and it was very comfortable and I recommend that a maximum of 4 people go because it would be uncomfortable if it exceeded that average. Spacious villa, most of the furnishings are rustic wooden, the house floor and the bathroom cladding are old models that leave the house with a charm. Kitchen with all the necessary utensils, great mattresses, showers work very well, house is two blocks from the beach we were on foot every day even with children. Fernanda is always available to ask questions and know if everything is okay with the accommodation, gave tips from nearby supermarkets and was flexible at check-in. Playa de Guaiúba is the most beautiful in Guarujá it is worth staying in the neighborhood.
