Rodrigo super attentive and friendly, clean, organized and has everything you need, in question of the great condominium tbm to have leisure and walk, the beach is close and you can go on quiet walk or you car that has a parking space, everything is great and I come back more often.

Excellent accommodation, very beautiful, clean and has everything you need for a very comfortable and cozy stay. Everything was very clean and organized in the apartment. The Condominium is also wonderful. All the time we see employees cleaning the common areas and taking care of the gardens and swimming pools. At night, everything is well lit up. Spirits singing nearby are an additional touch to the venue. Maria Carla and Rodolfo are very helpful and friendly, from the moment of the reservation until the departure of the apartment, passing all the necessary information for a quiet stay. I spent 10 days feeling at home, I needed time and tranquility to work. Closed balcony with glass, it has a very nice landscape at night for green forest, in front of the building. Flat location, easy walk to the beach, functional building and everything very simple and easy to access. Ricardo was always attentive and proactive, and even managed to get an extra parking space for the weekend, as a courtesy. Flexible check-in and check-out, I definitely recommend it. Lilian was kind, she gave all the information clearly, immovable, organized, I didn't miss anything. Near the market, bakery, pharmacy and restaurants. Very quiet street, quiet and safe condominium. I definitely recommend it and will be back.

We spent a wonderful family weekend in the apartment of Francisca. The space is very clean, modern and renovated. Everything was impeccable! It is very close to beach and easy access. The condominium staff is very solicitous and kind. Francisca, inclusive, an excellent host! Extremely kind, sympathetic and did everything possible to accommodate us in the best possible way and fulfill our requests. I would definitely stay at this location again!

The apartment exceeded expectations, the only bad thing for us was the cold pool, we went in May so it was not hot, in the most everything very good, clean, the Ricardo very attentive and helpful ! staff of the building also very nice . If God will allow us to return !

The flat is wonderful, just the same and even better than in the photos, super clean and organized, check in and check out without bureaucracy, super friendly staff, the location is more than perfect, a jump from the beach! The hostess Ana carolina is a 1000!!! Always very friendly and attentive, answer all questions quickly! We love the stay and will come back more often for sure!”.

We spent great days!!! The closest path to the beach is down the street, about 3 blocks or so. We miss only a stroller to take the extra chairs and coler to the beach. We also use the extra sunguard, as only the beach service is small, we were with 3 children. The cart was missed, but we settled down. Limpeza do ap was good! Quiet building, helpful employees. We spend a lot.

The apto. is very well located and has a very good leisure area. It has an air-conditioned swimming pool upstairs with a beautiful view of the beach. Cláudia has always been very attentive! We love the stay and we intend to return!

We love the stay. Super attentive Antonio, I responded whenever I needed it. The place is literally just across the avenue and it's already beach.. pity we only stayed 2 nights kkk nor did we want to leave kk. The only problem is that there are no screens on the windows and balcony. For those with a small child it must be difficult kkk mine is already 7 years old, so it's quieter.. Otherwise, I highly recommend it! ❤️

The panoramic view of the cove is amazing and you can not see from the photo because it would need video, more than 5km of beach, the feeling is to fly over…the apartment was impeccable and very organized and comfortable…I will host again for sure
