i spent the carnival with little family,and we feel at home,the house has td we needed, perfect td,td clean and tidy,we were so comfortable that we didn't even want to return rsrs,QQ doubt, Mr. Luiz responds quickly ,and Jaqueline who delivered the tbm keys is very friendly

My family loved it, the house is very cozy, we feel at home, we went in 10 people and accommodated everyone well, Marcela a grace, responds fast, well requests. We had no counter time during our stay. Casa Clean, new furniture, kitchenware, lined beds, in the end, everything perfect, recommend and sure at the next opportunity we will return.

The house was neatly clean and tidy, exactly like in the pictures! Greater than we imagined. The house is close to the beach, allowing even at night the children to go there, play volleyball on the beach. The house comes with all the necessary items for the beach, such as chair, parasol, planch, and for kitchen/barbecue. The Washing Machine and Dryer were working... pity that maq. Dishwasher was not working, the Host said that she would see a person to go to tidy up, but I don't think she could... we ran out. But everything else was great!

It was one of the best Airbnb I've hosted since they deliver standard hotel cleanliness and hygiene (which should be the standard for all hosting but unfortunately is rare). The house is very wide and I was able to spend moments together with the family but at the same time with enough space for each one to have their privacy. Guaiuba beach is delicious, surrounded by greenery, barely resembling an urban beach. Voltaria without a doubt.

amazing place covered by nature , when we arrived clean pool and super sanitized rooms. The first day was a little complicated because the refrigerator was not freezing. soon he called a technician and the other day for the 14:00 hrs was working. It was super fast thanks God because we were with plenty of freezer stuff. plus it was all communicated to him and he responded super attentive . Outside that the place is amazing he super solved our problem was satisfactory for both parties . I loved my stays there. I took kids and they super enjoyed. Beautiful beaches nearby , market , restaurants . I really wanted to have gone to the trail that has on an island that only has access through the condo. more unfortunately it was with children so I recommend it if I recommend not to take children to the full. amazing home people super recommend, sure I will get it there again. the house exactly the same as the photos, even more comfortable being there, the upper two rooms have air conditioning, the kitchen has all the necessary utensils, the pool the 4 days we spent and the water temperature was idealz many games in the house for fun, not to mention that it has a very useful outdoor area near the barbecue. Good space to park. The ideal and take off by car to the beaches and supermarket is 5 minutes by car.

Kleber's place is excellent, identical to the listing. We were in a group of 18 people, and the accommodations were perfect, all the facilities of the house such as shower, air-conditioning and lamps work perfectly. We were very well accommodated. I make an observation about the presence in the house, of animals from the forest, which is at the bottom of the house. If there are people in the house, they don't enter, but if everyone leaves, you have to close all the doors and windows so they don't come in. The house is wonderful, and it has served us very well.

I had a great stay at the Agenor beach house! The space is very comfortable, well located and extremely clean. Agenor was super attentive and helpful throughout the stay. I will definitely be staying again in the future. I recommend it to all! All rooms with AC, swimming pool every day the caretaker did the cleaning, any questions can talk to the janitor or Mr. Agenor! Amazing, as per announcement.
