The location is perfect — close to everything, in a quiet and safe area, which made our tours a lot easier. The host was extremely attentive and helpful, always available for questions. Excellent stay, beachfront apartment, close to bars, restaurants, supermarket and pharmacies. The apartment is very nice and cozy . The only thing I would ask of the consortium since it is something that the owner is not responsible, is to improve the cleanliness and facilities of the gym. The pool on the terrace and the views a luxury. I found it expensive 70r fee for using churrasquera Nicolle a genius, very kind , collaborating and resolving, 100% recommended

Simply perfect! The apartment is super well located, close to the beach. In addition, there are many nice things nearby - ice cream parlours, restaurants, bars and even options for those who enjoy outdoor physical activity, such as hiking, running and exercising on the waterfront. The apartment space is amazing, everything is very organized, cozy and exactly as in the photos. Communication with the owner was also great, always very helpful and quick to respond, which made everything very easy and smooth. We loved the stay and we definitely want to come back more often! The listing is exactly like in the pictures All clean and comfortable. Check in and check out easy. Parking in the building. Access control after digital and face registration. Apt very well located. A pity that lost sight of the sea due to a building they are building at the front. But it's too close to the beach. I'll come back for sure
