Our stay was great! The house is bigger than it looks in the pictures, everything was clean and well organized. The house offers a lot of fun, we take advantage of the pool and the games room! The host was very attentive and requested before and during the trip, and that made all the difference! We will definitely be back! You exceeded our expectations!

An excellent house in a very good Condominium between Marechal Deodoro that gives access to Praia do Francês and Maceió... very kind, attentive couple... anyway, my family and I were there now in early January/ 2025 and it certainly left a taste of wanting more!!

In the feelings at home, the place is safe, comfortable, it is close to the main beaches, I went by car to the gunga, to the green tip and the bag beach and still dwu to enjoy the French beach and the pool of the place is very good, the only complaint is that I could not stay anymore, I found that the energy paid out was a fair value. I hope to return soon.

extremely well cared for and cozy house, we felt at home. the house exactly matches the photos, and the host has met us beyond expectations by quickly resolving any doubts we had. casa has several leisure facilities to enjoy, with a children's and adult pool, a soccer field and a brand new gourmet outdoor area. The nearby and simply wonderful beaches, as well as several nearby clubs and restaurants in very good taste. we will definitely return and refer to friends and family.

Our stay was great! The atmosphere is quiet, the kitchen is super equipped and we feel totally at ease. We were 6 people and all were well accommodated. I highly recommend!

Jorge was our homeowner and served us super well, very helpful and helpful. Estadia with the best CustoxBenefício. As I went to work, I saw no problem with the location and surroundings. However, if it is turistar, it does not compensate for staying in the upper part of MCZ. Positive side: Pertinho do Aeroporto, Shopping Patio. Negative side: As it is a residential building, there will be noise. For the daily rate, it pays a lot.

Vive incredible days on my first trip to Maceio- Alagoas, we were graced with the house of Camila and Junior that welcomed us so well, I felt at home every day! The house is exactly as in the photos, wide, cozy, all clean and with all the utensils necessary for everyday life. In addition, Camila has a perfect seafront kiosk very close to the house where we had incredible gastronomic experiences our 10/10 the breaded cheese and the cod cake. Great place Location: The house is a few minutes away from the beach and the French village, and it is quiet to go and go back walking, including the evening. I recommend walking back and forth because the traffic on the beach is bad and to park it was complicated. Go and return walking was more practical. About the House: The kitchen is equipped with the basics for cooking a meal. It met all of our needs. It has a stove, oven, sandwich maker and pots. The cabinets are labeled, so it's easy to find dishes, glasses, cups and save everything in the right place. Children loved the pool swimming pool. You can use the barbecue as well. Although a room has no air conditioning, it is not warm because it has a ceiling fan and a floor fan. The garage fits up to 03 small cars. Mas 02 cars is ideal I highly recommend the house.

Excellent stay! Dona Rosângela is super kind, cordial and helpful. She received us at dawn for check-in and throughout the stay she always promptly answered the questions we had. The house is super cozy, clean and organized. It has all the furniture and utensils needed for everything you need. The location is very good, a few meters from the beach. The neighborhood has a countryside atmosphere and is very peaceful. 15 minutes from Maceió and 30 minutes from Gunga Beach, it has a strategic location. Highly recommended! 1000-star rating!

My friends and I had a great weekend, the house is beautiful, very spacious, with several kitchen utensils, the beach is wonderful with many waves and the pool has a waterfall that is a differential. The rooms are very cozy and each has a bathroom with 2. However, a negative point would be privacy that has almost none on the ground floor, because sometimes someone would appear behind the house (homemade or swimming pool) since access is free to the pool, very low walls and it would be interesting if you had a list of contacts to make it easier for those who are gringo to find places to buy food. But the whole was amazing.

Tenório was easy to communicate and their assistant was there to greet us at the check in with breakfast. The place is in a quiet location (exactly what we needed). The good taste applied to the house furnishing and design is a plus. We walked to the beach and enjoyed some peaceful time in Garça Torta. The kitchen is great for cooking and well equipped. The master bedroom has a hammock with a great view of the trees around the house.

The accommodation is as described and in the photos, well equipped for long stays. There is a restaurant, supermarket and bakery nearby. Great value for money. We highlight the attention Alessandra and her sister gave us, always punctual and attentive, they showed concern for the comfort of the guests! We were very grateful for the experience!

Excellent space as in the listing, accommodates the number of people described in the listing well. On the first day, we had a problem with the air conditioning in the room, but it was promptly resolved.

- Structure: I went on rainy days, which ended up compromising some things. Two air conditioners were not working, but we requested repair and the next day it was resolved. The water supply pump also burned out, we were without water for a few hours, but we managed to get by until the repair. - Cleanliness/comfort: the house is even better than in the photos, very spacious, comfortable, new furniture, the cleanliness was impeccable, new and fragrant bed linen. - In the kitchen: we missed some utensils such as a grill/sandwich maker, some pots for storing food in the refrigerator and an oven. - External environment: the property has a view and access to the sea, however there is a lagoon that flows into the sea, and in the rainy season it ended up dirtying the water, becoming muddy and full of algae, leaving us unable to bathe in front of the house, but I believe that in the summer it is conducive to bathing there. The hostess requests, we will definitely return on sunny days.
