Excellent. I only stayed one night and it was quiet! Super easy contact, quiet and comfortable place, well organized and clean.

I purposely rent Licelia place to be closed to where my Mom is, and I was right. The location was perfect. Besides see my Mom every single day I was blessed to be right in the heart of the beautiful Barra do Jucu. At Licelia's house we had everything we need it. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of pots ready to be used. At the table was a charming vase with natural yellow flowers and a plate with local fruits. Incredible! She even went on and beyond in leaving us brand new,clean bed sheets and towels. Her house was cozy, bright and peaceful. I strong recomend Licelia's place. I hope in God to be back that soon.

Cynthia was helpful at all times, recommended places to visit, made our check-in more flexible and we were able to negotiate the check-out to leave later. The house comfortably accommodated 7 people, it is possible to walk to the market and also to Itaparica beach. In addition, the tourist spots of Vila Velha, such as the lighthouse and the convent, are easily accessible by Uber. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils you need for your stay, the bed linen and towels are good and the living room is very spacious. We recommend and look forward to coming back soon!

I've stayed with these hosts before, and as always, everything flowed super well. The communication is easy, they are attentive and the check-in/out is autonomous, which speeds up a lot. The house is well organized, cozy, equipped and air-conditioned in all the rooms (plus point). A point of attention: The neighborhood is known as “favelinha do Ibes” and is reputed to be dangerous. During the day it is quieter, but avoid arriving late at night. Township Improvement Suggestions: put blackout curtain on the bedrooms (even the light on the pole hinders those with light sensitivity) and the double bed mattress is uncomfortable. By contrast, single beds and auxiliaries are super comfortable! Overall, it was a good stay.

I'm from Bahia and it was my fourth time in ES. I have no words to express my satisfaction with this apartment! The place is perfect and very complete. Felipe is super attentive and kind. He sent a message several times to see if we needed anything. I felt at home, and this only happens when the place is really pleasant. Fully equipped kitchen, even cleaning supplies were available. Clean and fragrant bed linen and towels, comfortable bed and the upgrade was the Premiere and SporTV channels, for us to watch the games. I am immensely grateful to Felipe and I hope to return soon and stay again in this cozy place.

I stayed for a weekend with my elderly parents and we all thought the apartment was a treat, super cozy, clean and organized. It fully matches the photos and is well equipped with everything that may be needed during the stay. The building is modern and well organized with leisure options and a grocery store, access to the accommodation with Gabriel's directions was also very quick. He was also very attentive and kind in all our communications. I will definitely stay again on a future trip!

The apartment is super well located, a beautiful view of the beach. Easy access to markets, gas station, laundry, close to other beaches we visited. The apartment has everything we needed, I didn't miss any utensils. It's definitely worth every penny!

The apartment has a side view of the sea. It is behind the Catholic Church, so it is very well located. Supermarkets, bakeries and the best kiosk on the waterfront. We don't even take the car out of the garage, you can walk anywhere. Sensational!

I rented the space for a weekend. The access instructions were helpful and we had no problems locating the loft. The space is exactly as advertised, with all the minimum items needed to use the kitchen. I believe it is really for only 1 couple, 3 people is already very tight. There are screens on the windows, so anyone who wants to bring a pet, such as a cat, can rest assured. The only thing I missed was an extra blanket, as we rented during a period that was cooler at night, and the blanket provided is thin and relatively small. Because the loft is located in a small building, you can hear the TV and neighbours from other apartments as well.

The apartment is great, large and clean. Great location, practically facing the beach. Supermercado, pharmacy, mall very close by. The host responds quickly and left everything organized to welcome us. I'm sure if I have a chance, I'll be back again.

Excellent flat very well located, well equipped. Ana was requested and quick in replies. It has prepared a very pleasant welcome kit and keeps some items that make it very easy to stay: iron and ironing board, water filter, beach chair and, among the equipment, even an air fryer. An excellent option for those who need a convenient, modern and well located space
