Everything was as described , the beach was a few metres away , all the local amenities were with a few blocks and very easy to walk too . Apartment was super comfortable, and any questions were answered with minutes .. highly recommended

The apartment has a side view of the sea. It is behind the Catholic Church, so it is very well located. Supermarkets, bakeries and the best kiosk on the waterfront. We don't even take the car out of the garage, you can walk anywhere. Sensational!

The apartment is exactly as in the photos, the view from the balcony is sensational, the kitchen has the necessary items to make quick meals. the air conditioning is freezing. The only thing I didn't like was the bedding, especially the blankets, which didn't seem so clean. That's the only observation, but nothing that would disrupt the stay. The pharmacy and mini market in the building helped a lot, the organisation of the beach and cleaning is also something to be praised. Lastly, I felt at home.

Coming back from the beach, needing to dry your hair and... finding a hair dryer in the drawer! She has thought of everything! The house is very well equipped and impeccably clean. The bed and bath linen is fragrant and comfortable. The shower is warm and powerful. Very comfortable bed and sofa. Modern TV. Silent and cool air conditioning. Excellent option for couples, the apartment is perfect. The seaside, beautiful view. All decoration with beach motifs, very tasteful. Restaurants, bakery, produce, everything around. By the way, there's a great Japanese restaurant on the ground floor. On the second corner, an excellent meat restaurant. Very neat, everything clean and functional, super complete kitchen, everything works. Very clean, impeccable. Very large balcony, with clothesline for wet clothes, and the view is perfect. The shower in the bathroom is of excellent quality, temperature, amount of water, everything is great. The super attentive owner, attends to everything immediately, very friendly and polite. I HIGHLY recommend it, it's definitely worth every $$$.

The space of Mathias is excellent, even better than the pictures show! This combined with his hospitality made our stay impeccable, as from the first contact he was very helpful and attentive. The checkin was very quiet and the host was kind enough to welcome us later than usual, giving tips on what to do and explaining about the listing. The apartment was very clean, tidy, new and well equipped. The shower is excellent and the bed very comfortable, impeccable bedding and a super-smelling blanket. The internet is great, we work without problems. To see that he paid much attention to every detail, as it has the necessary to make the meals and to have comfort. The location is very good, the waterfront is close and it is great for a walk. The mermaid beach next to the building is very good, clean and quiet. Pertinho has very good bakeries and restaurants that are worth the visit. Finally, the building is quiet and we feel very safe in the area.

The apartment delivers everything that is in the description. Easy access, several shops nearby, restaurants, pharmacy, bakery next door, shopping one block away. The apartment really is impeccable with a kitchen with all the top-notch utensils. No complaints, excellent accommodation.

I recommend the accommodation, Roberto was an excellent host, the apartment is just a cross of avenue because it is already on the seaside avenue, it was quiet and I'll come back quietly! My family and I were very satisfied with the apartment. Bed linen was clean, wonderful view of the sea from the side window. The apartment has basic but functional utensils. The location is excellent, the ap is located in a building in front of the sea,has a swimming pool and amazing view of the roof. Near restaurants, shopping mall, pharmacy, we left the car in the parking lot and did everything on foot and uber, quite easily. Hosts have answered all of our questions. At the time, we will once again stay at Rodrigo's AP.
