Quiet environment to enjoy your days on the beach. Space for up to 3 people (1 full bed and 1 comfortable sofa bed). Split air-conditioning 18,000 BTU. 60" TV, kitchen with utensils, stove, microwave and refrigerator. It does not have parking. However, the street is residential and very quiet to park in front of the house.

It is located in Barra do Jucu, close to bakeries, markets, restaurants, cafeterias and pharmacies. It is also a few minutes' walk to the famous Barrão Beach, Morro da Concha and Castelo da Barra.
