Casa no segundo e terceiro andar: mobília e móveis novos, com televisão smart TV 60 polegadas com prime vídeo liberado, sala com ventilador de teto, um banheiro e dois quartos com camas de casal e um com quarto de solteiro ambos com com ar condicionado. Terceiro andar: área de churrasco com churrasqueira de parrilha, um banheiro, lavanderia e espaço para crianças com brinquedos. Obs: Temos uma cadela de pequeno para médio porte que fica no primeiro andar e quintal é mansa e tranquila.
