Loft in a 3-story residential house in Itapuã, less than a 10-minute walk to the beach (800 meters). Close to supermarkets, pharmacy, gyms, restaurants and pizzerias. Quiet environment to enjoy your days on the beach. Space for up to 3 people (1 full bed and 1 comfortable sofa bed). Split air-conditioning 18,000 BTU. 60" TV, kitchen with utensils, stove, microwave and refrigerator. It does not have parking. However, the street is residential and very quiet to park in front of the house.

We are 'Reserva Certa ES' 750m from the sea, relax in the heated pool with a whirlpool, have a barbecue whenever you want and enjoy every moment without rushing, with all the freedom that a detached house offers. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe, and we have cameras for added protection. The house is large and spacious, perfect for gathering friends and family. The children have plenty of space to run and play, while you enjoy a cosy and welcoming environment. Excellent location!

Our space offers a room with a comfortable double bed and air-conditioning, a private bathroom, kitchen, laundry area and living room, in addition to the common spaces, which include a beautiful leisure area with a barbecue, tables and chairs, a hammock, a social bathroom and parking. It is located in Barra do Jucu, close to bakeries, markets, restaurants, cafeterias and pharmacies. It is also a few minutes' walk to the famous Barrão Beach, Morro da Concha and Castelo da Barra.
