It was all perfect! Jerônimo is very attentive, and his parents welcomed us very well, I made more contact with his mother, Mrs. Adriana, who was always concerned and solicitous with us, they love dogs which made everything more perfect even! The cleaning was impeccable, the house is very nice and its landscaping is beautiful! There is no price to be able to see the sunset of the home backyard. I'm already looking forward to return, this place has my heart!

It was one of our best experiences on Airbnb! The spectacular house cleaning, smells, great bedding, comfortable beds, distribution of the wonderful and super-equipped house. We were with baby and we had everything we needed, cradle, bathtub, pool without chlorine. Anyway, only compliments for this wonderful space a few meters from the beach. We'll be back for sure!! Delicious from home! For those who like nature, it is perfect, very green all around. By car is not far from downtown. About 15 minutes to get to the restaurants and bars. The house was very clean. I loved it and will come back more often.

Hosting IS unique and exactly like in the pictures. Espaçosa, illuminated, cozy, ventilated... Very equipped kitchen. Internet worked well. Perfect house for long stays. It is in a very quiet region, with a wonderful lagoon at the back of the houses. Finally, the Kinza host is super helpful and kind. We recommend 100% and will be back for sure in a future opportunity.

The place is very quiet, ideal for resting and detaching from the madness of the big city. It has a wonderful swimming pool and plenty of nature. The bottom lagoon is also sensational!

The space is functional, beautiful (just like in the photos), has all the amenities and was super clean and fragrant. I used it to work from home and the internet worked really well too! It has several windows so it is well ventilated (which should be great in the heat) but even in the cold it was not a problem, as the air conditioning in the heat and the heated taps saved us! Despite being next to the host's house, it has a separate entrance and you have all the privacy. Dani is a sweetheart, super helpful and available, she helped us with everything we needed.
