Beautiful house and great location. Quiet area and close to everything. We'll be back!

We had a long stay working remotely, the house is beautiful and quiet. Ideal for families or couples. You can walk to the beach. We had two markets and a gym nearby. It is also minutes away from Praia do Rosa and Garopaba. We used Uber as we went without a car. The house is great for a good vacation, more beautiful in person.

The stay was super pleasant, the atmosphere cozy, the cottage was impeccable! Just a recommendation to use the jacuzzi on cold days is to turn it on a little before, as it takes a while to warm up. The view is amazing, a great place to relax.

The Kinza space is wonderful! The house is amazing, it's even bigger than it looks in the photos. The space is wonderful, super clean, everything super organized and comfortable! The edge of the lagoon is everything! The dogs are also beautiful! Everything is beautiful, we will definitely return.

The apartment is wonderful. Everything was clean and organised, and there was everything we needed in the kitchen. The balcony gets good sunlight in the winter- perfect to relax in the hammock. We barely needed to use the car as you can walk straight to the beach or to good coffee shops and restaurants. Gabriela was incredibly helpful throughout our stay and made sure our check in was simple. We hope we can come back again soon!

Place top, flawless house, well-equipped. The Internet failed a little bit, but nothing that annoys much. What left to be desired was a work beside the house, a neighboring building. Village that the masons woke us up every day at 07 hrs in the morning with a lot of noise. Everything was perfect.

We love the house, all in very good taste and quality. Full kitchen. Beautiful garden and tasty balcony to spend time. Access to the lagoon and dunes on foot with a quiet walk. It was the right place to spend our feriadão.

The place is very quiet, ideal for resting and detaching from the madness of the big city. It has a wonderful swimming pool and plenty of nature. The bottom lagoon is also sensational!

Extremely comfortable stay for me and my family. We went with my 9-month-old baby. Bruno and Gabriela provided cradle, the kitchen had all the utensils to cook for my family. One of the most incredible places to stay in Praia do Rosa, I recommend it with my eyes closed… an environment with the best energy, I felt truly at home. Everything smells nice, clean, not to mention the space around it with this incredible vibe, a familiar and perfect environment!

Amazing accommodation! The apartment is at the height of the treetops, which gives surreal privacy. Very quiet, clean and complete. The gas shower is super hot, there are extra blankets and very good air conditioning.

We spent incredible days in Garopaba and the house was undoubtedly one of the great highlights of the trip! We went with family, with our dogs, and everything went super well. The house is wonderful – spacious, comfortable and very well looked after. You can see that everything was thought through with affection. The location is excellent: close to the center of Garopaba (great to do that in the late afternoon) and super accessible for those who enjoy the beach and surf. In a few minutes we had our foot in the sand. Levar the dogs was also super quiet, the space is great for them to feel at ease. We already miss it and we will definitely want to go back. We highly recommend it!

All perfect! I felt comfortable. Large, airy, enlightened house. All well organized. Excellent location, despite being far from downtown, by car goes to all beaches very quickly.

Alma do Mar is a great home to stay in Rosa. The location is perfect, super comfortable to go to the beach or the center. The house is spotless, and every day Angelic goes to do a cleaning service and prepare breakfast, which adds up to be comfortable. The attention of Matias, Pame, Angelic, everyone, was a 10.
