The place is very quiet, ideal for resting and detaching from the madness of the big city. It has a wonderful swimming pool and plenty of nature. The bottom lagoon is also sensational!

UNSPECTABLE is the word that best describes my stay. Everything clean, organized, functional and cozy. The sea view is great, you can see much of the beach, and the breeze that blows from the sea is a delight! The accommodation is able to blend the calm of a retired neighbourhood and proximity to the city center. From the stay to the city centre was about 5 minutes by car, and the nearby beaches are also well accessible by car. The guide elaborated by Giulianno was great, it was able to direct which beaches to visit and, in particular, which restaurants. The nearby beach has an access trail next to the residence, but I recommend walking a little longer and going down the side street, especially if you are carrying the beach gears.

debora's apartment has beautiful views,we have breakfast looking at the sea,super comfortable and quiet,Debora and her family are always attentive. Quiet ,family-friendly area,the beach is divine and is meters from the apto. There is a super close and some restaurants to go by car,I recommend those of Guarda do Embau.

I made a great stay. The place was like this on the photos. A beautiful view from the sea. There was what was needed in the apartment. The super kind hosts. And they answered any questions quickly. Near restaurants and cafes!!

Hosting IS unique and exactly like in the pictures. Espaçosa, illuminated, cozy, ventilated... Very equipped kitchen. Internet worked well. Perfect house for long stays. It is in a very quiet region, with a wonderful lagoon at the back of the houses. Finally, the Kinza host is super helpful and kind. We recommend 100% and will be back for sure in a future opportunity.

Two-bedroom apartment with two bathrooms, kitchen-dining room, and adjoining living room. All modern and very well set. Everything you need for cooking. The best thing is the very spacious terrace with a wonderful sea view and a heated jacuzzi that is appreciated when the weather is not very warm. 300 meters from the beach, everything is very nice. 100% recommendable.

The place seemed beautiful and nicely equipped to me. The view justifies that it is a little far from the center. I would choose it again. I recommend it.

The space is functional, beautiful (just like in the photos), has all the amenities and was super clean and fragrant. I used it to work from home and the internet worked really well too! It has several windows so it is well ventilated (which should be great in the heat) but even in the cold it was not a problem, as the air conditioning in the heat and the heated taps saved us! Despite being next to the host's house, it has a separate entrance and you have all the privacy. Dani is a sweetheart, super helpful and available, she helped us with everything we needed.

The guest receives a welcome manual with very clear instructions on how to get there, how to proceed with check-in and check-out, as well as gastronomic suggestions, tours, shopping, etc. We had a wonderful stay!

The staff constantly maintains the cleanliness, so everything looks exactly like in the photos. And just a 3-minute walk to the beach — absolute perfection! A luxury, private, beautiful landscaped accommodation with guest facial recognition access (set up at check-in). The place has many amenities, an outdoor pool and jacuzzi, a heated pool, a sauna, an indoor jacuzzi, a 24/7 self-service minimarket (accepts Pix payment), beach chairs, a parasol, a barbecue (we didn't use it, but it was available). All with free access, except for the private jacuzzi, which must be scheduled through Maira. My friends and I were fascinated. We had a great time, highly recommended.

Our stay in Floripa was amazing in this apartment! Very comfortable and cozy! My next trip for sure I will return to the same place! I only note that the jacuzzi is not heated and has no observation in the description of the apt, as we were not in the summer, it was something that bothered because it is the biggest attraction of the apartment that was of no use.
