Loft apartment with ocean view, overlooking Lagoa do Meio on a family friendy and safe neighborhood. With panoramic views of the bay, the place is magical and perfectly located! Ideal for couples and children over 12. Consult the conditions for younger children; pets are not allowed. We are a 3-min walk from the center: markets, restaurants, bars, and a 5-min walk from the beach via the beautiful trail that descends from Caminho do Rei. You won't need a car to reach these places. Our space is designed for our guests. We have a space measuring 1,500 m², a safe location, a complete and equipped house, a pool table, a heated pool, a whirlpool area, access to a private lagoon, a paddle board, a kayak, etc. Our location is privileged by natural beauty. We are located about 2 km from Praia do Rosa, but in addition to this beautiful beach, there are other beautiful beaches also in the region, such as Praia do Ouvidor, Praia da Barra de Ibiraquera, Praia do Luz, etc.

Property in a condominium, with two units, each with its own individual pool, and on different floors. Full kitchen. Complimentary 350 M Wi-Fi, 45” smart TV. Suveiros with external boiler heating. Space with BBQ area. Easy access to the beach in front of the house - 50 meters. Swimming pool without protection/barrier. Children under 6 years of age must be supervised by a responsible adult in this space. We accept small pets, fee of R$150.00, for up to 2 pets, 4 beach chairs.
